Not my first stay. The suites are lovely, with beautiful decor, furniture, sound systems, and a great location. This time, however, we were a bit disappointed with the view due to unclean windows. Another inconvenience was the requirement to present physical IDs or passports, even though we had official electronic identification available, which caused delays. We were also promised early check-in at 2, but the room wasn’t ready until just before 3.
