The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. However, the service was extremely slow throughout our stay. There was only one staff member at reception, and at one point they disappeared, forcing me to call the hotel so someone could come outside to assist us. I was also concerned about guest privacy, as the hotel staff shared the names of guests staying in rooms with other visitors, which is not acceptable and raises serious privacy concerns. In addition, the suite was not adequately stocked considering its size. There was only one bottle of water provided, very limited towels, and insufficient amenities overall. For a large suite, I expected more supplies and better attention to detail. While the room itself was excellent, the service, privacy practices, and suite amenities need significant improvement.

My friend and I booked the Mondrian for a short stop over in Doha. We had less than 48 hours to spend. From check in to check out- everything felt great. The staff were really nice, receptive and accommodating. The hotel is really beautiful. We also used the spa facilities- had the moroccan hamman treatment- exceptional. We had to leave at midnight as we had an early flight and they made accommodation to provide us our breakfast at that time before we left. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and can't recommend it enough.
