Enjoyable stay especially having our room upgraded which was a nice surprise after our 14 hour flight from Australia. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant facilities were very good with the leisure facilities also very good. The only issue we had was that the bedroom on that first day was very very cold and there were no facility to turn the coldness down and the only way was to ask the receptionist desk to have to air conditioning turned off. This helped to make conditions in the bedroom acceptable.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and beautiful. The receptionist placed us in a room with a nice view and we really appreciate it. The staff were really friendly specially Pamela at the reception. She catered our needs and cared for us. There was just a minor issue with the drain in the bathtub but it was later resolved by the maintenance guy. My mom enjoyed swimming and taking pictures inside Mondrian and it was a beautiful time spent amidst all the unexpected events happening right now. Thank you Mondrian!

I wasn t not expecting to find the mattress in such poor condition, when I removed the bed sheets on my last day - trying to make things easier for the cleaning team before my departure-I noticed that the mattress had multiple stains and marks that looked like they may have been from various liquids, hopefully not body liquids 🙃! That was quite unpleasant to see , especially at the end of the stay! On a positive note , cleaning team themselves were extremely humble, polite and professional in the way they carried out their work, which I really appreciated! My comment is about of the mattress in Room 1905, that was unpleasant to discover for a 5 star hotel
