It was one of our best stay and we'd love to go back again and again to be pampered at Mondrian Doha. From entering the hotel up to leaving... all of the staff are so welcoming and very caring to all their guests and made sure that they are feeling at home. The services and facilities are excellent. I love the heated pool and the complimentary steam and sauna facilities at their ESPA. The foods are superb. The artistic design of the whole hotel is astonishing. Everything is worth the money and even goes beyond. Thank you so much for making our stay (even for a short time) an unforgettable one ☺️🙏🏻

Services needs to be improved such amenities should be available without me having to ask for it such as toothbrush, loafers, and etc. In addition, the moment I checked in I requested a small cake to be brought up to my room when arrive later that night and small decoration to be put up in the room as it was my proposal day. However, nothing was done. The bed and pillows are too squishy for couples.

Unfortunately, my stay was very bad. I booked in advance on the same day by phone and specifically inquired about the pool for the children. Upon arrival at reception, the booking was confirmed, and after paying the required amount, I shocked that the pool was closed for a private event and would reopen the following day. My stay in the room was extended until 6 PM next day due that, which I agreed for my children. However, during my stay that night, I was surprised to find a technical problem with the cold water during taking shower. I contacted them to resolve the issue, but there was a delay, and left the floor dairty. and I was finally given a room change lately in the morning after persistent requests. It was Suite big enough but useless. There was no children's pool, only for adult and deep, not mentioned during the booking. The breakfast was very bad, cold, limited in variety, and unappealing. This was my honest experience during stay.
