Staffs were welcoming, nice and helpful at all times. The ambiance was glorious as well. The only issue I had was the food. I would love if some African meal could be incorporated into your menu.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mondrian Hotel, with exceptional service from start to finish. Before arriving, we emailed the hotel to advise that we would be checking in late, and the response was quick, helpful and efficient. Check-in itself was equally smooth, and the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Ranjitha was particularly lovely and always greeted us warmly as we passed through the reception area. She and the other members of the reception team were always happy to assist, even helping us set up our phones to connect to the Wi-Fi, which was greatly appreciated. The concierge, Ash, also deserves a special mention. He was particularly helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with travel documentation for our next destination and suggesting numerous places of interest for us to visit. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and his assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was amazing, with beautiful views and a gorgeous claw-footed bath that was a real highlight. Breakfast at the Bistro was excellent, with a great selection of food and very attentive staff, particularly Raj and Siam, who were happy to make suggestions, including encouraging us to try some of the local cuisine. The Eggs Benedict were simply the best! The restaurants, Morimoto and Hudson Tavern, and the bar, Smoke and Mirrors, were also top quality, making the Mondrian a place where we were very happy to spend time rather than simply somewhere to sleep. The hotel itself is quite spectacular, with décor that combines references to Qatari culture, including its falcons, with a wonderfully whimsical Alice in Wonderland-inspired design. It gives the whole hotel a unique character and makes simply wandering around and taking it all in part of the experience. Overall, the Mondrian Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of a beautiful room, excellent food and, most importantly, genuinely outstanding service made our stay memorable. We would happily stay here again and would have no hesitation recommending the Mondrian to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 day stay at this hotel. Every single staff member I I teracted with was courteous and professional and helpful. I used the spa, pool, went to the restaurant and they were all exceptional.

Actually staying was amazing only the bad point was some gusts in ladies Spa they are not respect other gusts and there are loud taking and we didn’t feel relaxed in Spa and this issue should solved to make our experience 10/10 next time

Fantastic experience from all staff. This started with the bell boys, lady at the scanner, and the lovely receptionist Pamela. As we were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary this was a great way to start our anniversary holiday. We were given a lovely tray of Arabic sweets. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food stuffs. We had an early flight and were given a great takeaway breakfast. Having lived and worked in Doha for many years, I am well aware of the expected standard and this hotel did not disappoint. I will definitely stay here again if I’m returning to Doha .

Unfortunately, although I genuinely liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay overall, an incident toward the end of my stay left me very disappointed with how the situation was handled. While my car was in the valet’s care, it was involved in an accident caused by the valet staff. I was traveling alone with my son, which made the situation even more stressful and difficult to deal with. Instead of enjoying our vacation, I had to spend a significant amount of time dealing with insurance procedures, the repair workshop, and everything related to the accident on my own. After everything that happened, I asked the hotel if I could extend my stay for one additional night. I was initially quoted a higher rate, which was very disappointing considering the circumstances. After further discussion, I was eventually offered the same rate I had originally booked, but without any special consideration or meaningful gesture at that time. This added even more to my disappointment after an already stressful experience. After I returned to Saudi Arabia, I contacted Guest Services and formally raised my concerns. They followed up with me, and compensation equivalent to the cost of one night was eventually arranged. However, the compensation did not come directly from the hotel; it was handled through the valet company. I was also asked to provide an invoice for the car repair, even though the vehicle damage had already been handled separately through insurance. I want to be fair and say that I genuinely liked Mondrian Doha itself, which is why it is unfortunate that this incident affected my overall impression of the stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Firas, who was the only person who communicated with me consistently, sincerely apologized, listened to my concerns, and made a genuine effort to help and find a solution. I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and the way he handled the situation. Overall, what happened was unfortunate. My disappointment was not with the hotel itself, which I actually liked, but with how the situation was handled after the accident. I wish the hotel management had taken more direct responsibility for the guest experience, especially considering that I was traveling alone with my son and had to deal with the consequences of the incident during what was supposed to be our vacation. Great design, well organized, professional service, awesome staff (reception, restaurant and luggage handling people). I had one issue happen to my car from one of valley employees, he push a wrong button that make four wheel drive on.

Very freindly staff, easy check-in experience @ 01:00. Comfortable place to stay.
