AccorPlus/Explorer - Platinum Member Two days prior to arrival received an email advising us to present at the Business Centre for private check in. Fuh assisted us with check in & detailing the hotels facilities etc before escorting us to our room. Advised no upgrade available however we had booked our preference being Pool Access room. We were given 2 x complimentary 30 min foot massage vouchers in lieu of upgrade (however think this is more marketing to get further purchases). There is an executive lounge (if included in booking) available 11am-5pm with complimentary snacks and soft drinks (no alcohol). We found the selection suitable for a light lunch on occasion. It’s 3 floors however we practically had it to ourselves each time. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Welcome drink was a limited selection including Mojito, beer & soft drinks. Welcome gift - Mojito cocktail kit. 20% discount received for massage (unsure if all levels or Platinum+). Swim up bar. Themed dining nights. No A+ discount received of seafood buffet as it was a special reduced rate (999 THB > 699 THB). I did appreciate that you didn’t have to have buffet, à la carte option available at same time. Can confirm A+ discount received on à la carte & drinks. Nightly turndown service. Kids club & playground onsite. Non pool access rooms appear to have a very small balcony which I would find disappointing. Not big enough for chairs. Good location, close to Bangla Road, <500m from the beach. Staff friendly & attentive. Stand outs were Yut our room attendant, Deer in the restaurant & Fuh on front desk. The highlight was the pool access room & access to the executive lounge. The hotel was ok, we’d possibly sample another hotel if we were to return to Patong.

It was decent stay, however not worth the cost. We had leaky AC, the room given was in one corner and very far. Room size was okay. Breakfast for vegetarian had limited options
