I cant understand, as a Accor gold card holder, I got a room with a miserable view, I wasnt be able to open the windows at all. The excuse of the check in staff, that no other room available. Instead of offering me a room upgrade, fruits plate like other accor hotels, I got that room.

There was a construction next door with the sounds going on all through the night. The house keeping was subpar and coffee cups are not cleaned properly with stains from previous use. The showers wouldnt drain with flooding the bath room completely after taking a bath.

Rates increased drastically. Hotel was not well maintained. Ground floor was under construction. Room AC was not working well. False fire alarm disturbed me one day. Reception response was very slow. Room was smelly. Checkout was difficult, no one attended phone call as I had to make check out on phone. Overall bad experience as compared to other IBIS stays in KSA.

The hotel is right opposite the Kingdom Centre Mall in Olaya Street. It is a new hotel, clean and good IBIS style with rooms that are fairly spacious. The staff is very polite and friendly and shows that they enjoy their work. The hotel is right to the new Metro, Al Urubah Station, which is few minutes to King Fahid District, the new town centre.
