I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank all of you for the wonderful hospitality, support, and kindness I received throughout my eleven-day stay. My appreciation goes to every member of the team, starting with the reception staff. I would especially like to mention the gentleman from the morning shift, whom I believe is Abdullah. Every morning, the way he welcomed me by saying (أستاذي), with such genuine warmth and welcoming emotions, always made me feel truly respected and at home. It may seem like a small gesture, but these small things make a big difference. I would also like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping team. They were always helpful, supportive, and attentive, and I truly appreciated everything they did throughout my stay. And a very special thank you to everyone in the kitchen. The kitchen team supported me throughout all eleven days, and I was genuinely impressed by their kindness, cooperation, and willingness to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. There is one particular moment that really stayed with me. At one point, I asked one of the kitchen team members, “What is your good name?” He immediately understood that I probably wanted to mention him personally in my feedback, review, or survey. But instead of simply giving me his name, he said, in essence, “Please mention all the people in the kitchen.” Honestly, I found that amazing. It showed me something much bigger than just good customer service. He did not see the work as an individual achievement. He saw it as something that could only be accomplished through teamwork, cooperation, and the contribution of everyone. That attitude really impressed me. It also made me think that when you have people who genuinely recognize and appreciate each other's contribution, it is usually a reflection of a healthy team culture and good management. Mr. Rakan, your management style is clearly reflected in these small but meaningful interactions. The warmth, teamwork, respect, and genuine hospitality I experienced during my eleven days are, in my opinion, a great reflection of the environment and culture you have created. I hope this message can be considered a small token of appreciation for everything I experienced during my stay. Sometimes, we remember a hotel because of its facilities or its rooms, but what truly makes a stay memorable is the people. And the people I met during these 12-days made a very positive impression on me. So, my sincere thanks to everyone — reception, housekeeping, kitchen, and all the other members of the team working behind the scenes. Thank you for making me feel welcome, supported, and genuinely looked after. It was truly a pleasure staying with you, and I am grateful to every person who contributed to making my eleven days comfortable and enjoyable.
