We upgraded your room to a triple room in order to provide you with a double bed through your member status; otherwise, you should have stayed in a small single room with a single bed. We understand that the additional space may not have been as comfortable for a solo stay, but our intentions were good. We also apologize if the reception process felt slow upon your arrival. 1- No trash in the room, just small one in bathroom 2- No refrigerator in the room 3- Changed my room because very bad smell 4- No sign or any notes shown if this food for Muslim (Halal) or not and also the kitchen staff does not know that

Great location, just opposite the central station. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Our room had a nice view of the trains passing by, which was quite enjoyable. The kettle with complimentary tea and coffee was also a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is right by Leiden Centraal, itself one stop from the airport train station. A short walk along the canal leads to the windmill/museum De Valk, one of the must-not-miss attractions in Leiden. Still, it's extremely quiet (my room was facing the back, with a view of the windmill; it may be slightly more busy facing the station). It's difficult to imagine a better location for a hotel. Room was well-equipped for a hotel of this category, with a kettle and air conditioning.

Having come on the overnight ferry, I was delighted to get into my room early. Location in this lovely city is perfect, opposite the train/bus station and its amenities (just tap in and out with a card - you won't be charged), and with 2 supermarkets in the same block (I preferred Jumbo). My single room was a very good size, and had excellent wifi, kettle and fruit tea bags, and a good selection of TV channels (including BBC). As a member, I get emails, and booked in the sale - even better

I regularly stay at the IBIS now whenever I am in Leiden. It is conveniently located opposite the railway station, and it provides all the requirements of accommodation efficiently and unobtrusively.

the room is well sound proofed, has a good location. staff was friendly and helpful the room was dusty on the desk chair and in corners, and it was rather thick dust one of the towels had a brown stain the lights in the bathroom did not work well. borh flickered on a lot, and the right light took 10-15 seconds before it would turn on at all small television door alarms went off for seemingly no reason (had just scanned door key and opened it and it went of, or when leaving room it would go off randomly) poor water pressure in shower shower was very inconsistent temperature. got so hot it was quite literally scalding (so over 60C) despite trying to set temperature to fairly cool. this is dangerous to guests! blackout curtain did not extend to wall by desk, let in a ton of light in mornings the wifi was quite slow, and there was no premium wifi option (which I believe is supposed to be a benefit of being part of Accor Live Limitless program)
