Well located, room was clean and well equipped but the room servicing was inconsistent, we had go to the from desk for new coffee as this was not replaced everyday. Also the towels were clean but quite poor quality.

Excellent location opposite Leiden bus station and train station. Regular buses to the town centre or a 10-20 minute walk. Breakfast buffet was decent. Paco Ciao was a great restaurant for dinner just a few minutes walk away. Friendly professional staff.
