I have business trips to Leiden every few months and stay in this hotel by preference. The rooms are typical IBIS, so simple and clean. Prices are reasonable by local stanbdards. Teh staff are friendly. There are a number of shops and restaurants in the locality.

Stayed here for an extended work trip. Breakfast was consistent and rooms were nice - small but it was fine since I was alone. Could use some renovation particularly in the bathrooms (i.e. showers). Walking distance to Leiden center and lots of great restaurants as well as Centraal.

Very friendly staff. Good location for the station and the centre of Leiden. Very nice to have a kettle with tea/coffee in the room (which is unusual outside the UK)

The triple room was more like a double room with an extra bed in it making the room very small for 3 people. Otherwise the room was clean and had the necessary basic amenities .
