Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Room was adequate, with minimal amenities. View of city was terrific! The elevator was very slow and wobbly, stopped once without opening door, restarted when another floor number was pushed. Hotel needs a facelift.

Great location but it felt like we were stuck in the time it was built its not up to date or modern. A few of the light bulbs weren't working in the bathroom and bedroom so not maintained to a high level, but overall fine for a one night stay but probably wouldnt go back. Also before breakfast ends at 11am the servers were already taking the things away about 10.45. We couldnt get milk for a coffee at 10.55 which wasnt fair. So we won't recommend or go back sadly.

The hotel was conveniently located and staff were very helpful. However, the room was slightly dirty (sticky rings on surfaces), the ceiling had mold spots, I would sometimes return to find sewage backed up in the toilet, and I found silverfish in the bathroom.

We upgraded your room to a triple room in order to provide you with a double bed through your member status; otherwise, you should have stayed in a small single room with a single bed. 1- No trash in the room, just small one in bathroom 2- No refrigerator in the room 3- Changed my room because very bad smell 4- No sign or any notes shown if this food for Muslim (Halal) or not and also the kitchen staff does not know that

Great location, just opposite the central station. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Our room had a nice view of the trains passing by, which was quite enjoyable. The kettle with complimentary tea and coffee was also a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.
