Very near the city centre, very easy access to bars and restaurants The rooms were small but very clean, all necessities were there.

Warm welcome. Well situated to visit the beautiful city. Difficult to find hotel and then the parking but once there no problems. Road system in Leiden is hard to follow. Could see hotel but couldn't get close. Very clean and good social distancing.

Excellent location for a short Dutch experience whilst having an overnight connection from Schiphol. Reached by train, a friendly welcome, and a great small town.

I have stayed here before and have not had an issue. But this time I was allocated Room 519, which is ridiculously small. You can only access the single bed from one side as the other is against the wall. There isn't much more room on the opposite side There was also a problem with my booking as I had to ask for my drink voucher and was told my points hadn't been put on my account. This was resolved by the helpful staff. My friend who had booked several months earlier had exactly the same problem.
