I had a positive stay. The staff were consistently kind and hospitable. I received a complimentary upgrade without requesting it, and the front desk team handled my late checkout request with professionalism. The hotel facilities are basic and several areas require renovation. The out-of-service lift created some inconvenience. Even so, the location is very convenient and the staff approach their work with genuine attentiveness, which strengthened the overall experience.

I was in here for a 10 day autumn holiday on my "Discover the Neterlands" trip. The hotel very near to the Beach of Den Haag, Scheveningen Beach (about 5 min walk). The city center, Den Haag Centraal station, Den Haag HS station about 20-30 min with public transport (bus and tram station before the hotel :) ). Some tourist attraction near by the hotel (the famous Scheveningen Beach, restaurants, Madurodam) A really satisfied with the hotel, the hotel staff and the late evening salami pizza :-D. The breakfast very diverse, suitable for everyone's needs. The entrance hall is very stylish and comfortable, even for a short newspaper reading during the afternoon. The one thing that I didn't like to much on my beach view room on the 6th floor, the wind. In windy weather the wind fully "sieged" the balcony of my room (unfortunately most of my stay).

We had a Lovely stay in this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff member who was working at night was very kind. The breakfast was good. There were enough things to choose.
