The parking is a problem as guests can’t see if there is space before entering the entrance. Would be great to put up an electronic parking sign so guests can see how many places are free or if the parking is full so they don’t need to ask reception and block the entrance of the parking.

No heating in room despite notifying staff

We arrived at 16h and there was no heating, the room was freezing. After speaking to the front desk and several visits to the room with staff, I was assured the heating was on and it would take a while. We went out for dinner and when we arrived, the room was still at 14 degrees. After midnight, nobody at the front desk, no replies from the telephone. After screaming and waiting to see if somebody was there, we finally found someone, the front desk was unstaffed from at least half an hour. After several phone calls, the night guard moved us to another room. After 1AM we were finally in a warm room. No apology, no gesture.. Nothing. We are grateful to the night guard who went out of his way and spent a long time on the phone with management to find us an equivalent room.

I've got a free upgrade - to a nice room at 7th floor :) There was a little issue with the invoice for my staying, but overall I'm satisfied
