Overall a good stay although we found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable. We skipped breakfast because the room was full of young children running around. We liked the new look to the foyer.

Very disappointed with this stay. I have been several years to the same hotel when it still was red IBIS, but now everything has changed. First of all i had asked by mail to get 2 rooms close to each other as we have 4 kids, so they said no problem by mail. When i checked in they said not rooms closed are available, and the réceptionnist insisted in telling me we dont have other rooms. I then asked for a manager who then managed to change rooms. I dont understand this attitude, if they changed rooms it means that it is possible the why not????? The room was not clean at all, hair everywhere in the shower and even the hair dryer was full of hair, this shocked me as i work for myself for a 4 star accor hotel in paris and these are things that are not acceptable for us in our hôtel. I also got the heartist card (employee card), normally you get 10% discount when you have dinner in an accor group restaurant or even when you have drinks at the bar, this hôtel does not even accept these discounts. I have been to ibis city centre and even novotel world forum where they accepted the card everywhere. Very sad for this hotel to be this way. And i will never stay again in this hotel with my family.
