No heating in room despite notifying staff

We arrived at 16h and there was no heating, the room was freezing. After speaking to the front desk and several visits to the room with staff, I was assured the heating was on and it would take a while. We went out for dinner and when we arrived, the room was still at 14 degrees. After midnight, nobody at the front desk, no replies from the telephone. After screaming and waiting to see if somebody was there, we finally found someone, the front desk was unstaffed from at least half an hour. After several phone calls, the night guard moved us to another room. After 1AM we were finally in a warm room. No apology, no gesture.. Nothing. We are grateful to the night guard who went out of his way and spent a long time on the phone with management to find us an equivalent room.

I've got a free upgrade - to a nice room at 7th floor :) There was a little issue with the invoice for my staying, but overall I'm satisfied

I arrived around 22.30 and did not manage to settle until well after midnight. The room was wrongly configured with a made up sofa bed - I had requested this not to be done in my message. I helped the concierge to dismantle this only to find serious amounts of dust and silverfish type insects plus the sofa was broken! This followed by a room change. Similar issue with sofa bed so another room change. The shower drainage was slow and when i came to wash my hair the shower tray overflowed so half wat through this I had to gather towel to soak up water on an extremely slippery floor. The previous morning I had reported the slow drainage expecting it to have been fixed - clearly not done. If it was not for the lovely friendly staff I would have been very annoyed especially as I had paid over 700 euros for my stay.

As always a good well located place to stay. My only slightly negative comment is that the wifi needs to be checked thoroughly as this is not good in the room in which I stayed. Staff are friendly and do their best to make you welcome.
