I had a positive stay. The staff were consistently kind and hospitable. I received a complimentary upgrade without requesting it, and the front desk team handled my late checkout request with professionalism. The hotel facilities are basic and several areas require renovation. The out-of-service lift created some inconvenience. Even so, the location is very convenient and the staff approach their work with genuine attentiveness, which strengthened the overall experience.

I was in here for a 10 day autumn holiday on my "Discover the Neterlands" trip. The hotel very near to the Beach of Den Haag, Scheveningen Beach (about 5 min walk). The city center, Den Haag Centraal station, Den Haag HS station about 20-30 min with public transport (bus and tram station before the hotel :) ). Some tourist attraction near by the hotel (the famous Scheveningen Beach, restaurants, Madurodam) A really satisfied with the hotel, the hotel staff and the late evening salami pizza :-D. The breakfast very diverse, suitable for everyone's needs. The entrance hall is very stylish and comfortable, even for a short newspaper reading during the afternoon. The one thing that I didn't like to much on my beach view room on the 6th floor, the wind. In windy weather the wind fully "sieged" the balcony of my room (unfortunately most of my stay).

Heerlijke dagen gehad met mijn kinderen. Fijn dat het zo dichtbij het strand is, personeel is vriendelijk.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer bestand, an einigen Tagen, aus dem Glattziehen der Bettdecke und dem Handtuchtausch, das war's... Es wurde an der Rezeption angesprochen, nichts passiert. Schade!! Auf dem Balkon und an den Fensterscheiben viel ( auch alter...) Mövenschiss!

Das Hotel liegt super nah am Strand. Das Zimmer war klein, aber modern und sauber. Zum Schlafen und Duschen völlig ausreichend. W-Lan ist kostenlos war aber viel zu schwach, das eine Nutzung nicht möglich war. Parkplätze sind viel zu teuer sowohl am Hotel als auch in der Umgebung (40 /Tag)

Bedauerlicherweise entsprach die WLAN-Verbindung nicht Ihren Erwartungen, was sehr ungewöhnlich ist. Unser technisches Team steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung, um solche Verbindungsprobleme umgehend zu beheben. Auch verstehen wir Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich der Parkgebühren. Die zentrale Strandlage bringt leider diese üblichen städtischen Parktarife mit sich. Breakfast could be better. Each day the same food. Not much variety for 20€. Service depends on who is at the reception. No wardrobe and too little space for your things is real difficult for a family of 4. It is near the beach, whats a huge advantage. But the street ist so busy you could Not sleep well in the Weekend. During the week the street was a little bit calmer, but Not perfekt to relax at your vacation.

Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toppers Enkel niet tevreden over poets. 1 dag geen poets gevraagd omwille van het milieu. 2 de dag wel poets gevraagd. Enkel nieuwe handdoeken en verder niks gedaan. Gemeld aan het onthaal die een commerciële geste gedaan hebben wat wij zeer gewaardeerd hebben. (auto op parking mogen blijven staan tot 15 u op dag uitcheck! Was heel tof!

It was awful. Booked for 2 days, but left after the first night. The room smelled bad, it wasn't properly cleaned. The bed sheets and the mattress were also dirty, and they feel terrible, very poor quality. The location is noisy and you can hear all neighboring rooms. I am never coming back.
