We traveled as a family of four (including a toddler) to visit friends and go to the Christmas market. The location right in the heart of the city was perfect. There was a misunderstanding with the rooms we booked but the staff was very helpful and had it sorted out quickly. They also were very sweet and understanding with our toddler. Thanks for making us feel welcome as a family.

I have been here a number of times now, you always feel welcomed by friendly staff. The staff are very helpful and service oriented. Then the location of the hotel is very good with proximity to the city center, very good restaurants nearby and a very beautiful park to visit.

This is our third time at the hotel in the last 3 years. And this is our most unpleasant time at the hotel. Bad service, the rooms are not cleaned, poor quality food. And this time we upgraded and took a suite. Without any justification. Very disappointing
