reasonable stay with a few issues

Stayed for 2 nights, biggest problem was that there is not enough carpars around the hotel. Hotelcarpark was full both eventings, and I had to circle each evening 20ß30 min to find a public carpark nearby.

Family room no connecting rooms

We have been stating at this hotel for the 3rd time this year on our way to Europe and back and always booked the same family connecting rooms and we've been happy with overall experience. This year however we have been given 2 separate rooms not connecting and I was told that is what I have booked through Accor All app . I have tried to explain to no avail the situation. So yrs I am unhappy and also had to cancel my return booking.

We are very sorry that it was apparently not clearly described to you in your booking NJZLCSMR that the rate offered was a special family rate for 2 double rooms. Based on your review, we have checked your booking NJZLCSMR again in detail and unfortunately we still have to confirm that 2 double rooms were booked at the special family rate and not a family room with a connecting door. We made every effort on site to explain this to you and to find an alternative for a family room with a connecting door so that we could still satisfy you. Unfortunately, however, all rooms with connecting doors were fully booked for your travel date 07/26-07/27/2024, so we could not offer you a suitable alternative. We understand, of course, that this was unsatisfactory for you on site, but ask for your understanding that when a booking is made, in your case 2 double rooms at a special rate, we assume that this is the category that the guest has bindingly selected. We are sorry that this was apparently not the case in your case, but we would still be happy if you would visit us again soon. If you are unsure about the booking process, we always recommend that you contact us again by phone or email so that we can prevent misunderstandings in advance.
