No Parking!

Despite the information on the website saying there is parking on site, we were very rudely turned away from the underground car park by the parking attendant because we were on motorcycles. As a group of nine (and therefore nine bikes), this was extremely disappointing and left us with nowhere secure to park our bikes. The area immediately surrounding the hotel does not feel safe and we were advised by the receptionist in the neighbouring hotel that they would not advise leaving the bikes in the area. Our only solution was to book rooms in the neighbouring hotel in order that they would allow us to use their secure area at the rear of the hotel. As this was on the day of arrival, it was too late to cancel any rooms on our booking. If there is a justifiable reason for not allowing bikes to use the underground car park - and I don't understand why this would be the case - then it should be made very clear on the website so that people with bikes can choose a different hotel.

Clean room. Good breakfast. But the duvet is so small that you have to stay very close and personal with your partner all night if you are to stay covered.

Hotel was fine, aircon didn’t work so room was roasting. On leaving the next morning having parked in the garage underneath the hotel we had a cheeky note telling us motorcycles weren’t allow. Ibis badged parking.
