Cher Quentin, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous sommes désolés si vous avez eu l’impression que notre réceptionniste n’était pas entièrement disponible lors de votre arrivée. Nous tenons à préciser que, ce jour-là, elle a dû brièvement surveiller les caméras de sécurité en raison de comportements suspects signalés aux abords de l’hôtel. La sécurité de nos clients et de leurs véhicules est pour nous une priorité absolue, et cette attention ponctuelle aux images de vidéosurveillance n’était en aucun cas un manque de respect, mais une mesure de précaution indispensable. Concernant la restauration, nous comprenons votre étonnement. Toutefois, comme précisé sur notre site officiel, nous ne proposons pas de service de dîner à l’hôtel — uniquement le petit-déjeuner. Pour vos repas du soir, plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité immédiate, et le centre d’Antibes, tout proche, offre un large choix gastronomique. De plus, nous avons récemment mis en place plusieurs options pratiques : Vous pouvez commander directement auprès de partenaires de livraison, qui vous livrent jusqu’à l’hôtel. Nous proposons également une sélection de pizzas, dont le catalogue est disponible dans votre chambre. Il vous suffit d’appeler la réception pour passer commande, et nous nous chargeons de la préparer et de vous la servir.
