hotelF1 Nice Villeneuve Loubet Hotel

I stayed 3 nights at private room with private shower and toilet. First of all, the room was smelly due to the odor from the toilet. The smell did not go away until I check out. Also, this hotel does not have towels. Luckily I brought mine from home. Big free parking lot was advantage.

In every way satisfactory, save for the unpleasant smell of stale cigarettes, which efforts appear to have been made to remove by disinfection (the room smelt strongly of disinfectant when we arrived), but by the morning, the smell of stale cigarettes was very apparent. Also, we had not read on-line that no towels were supplied. Not a problem for us as we had clean beach towels.

We stay 2 nights in this motel. It worthed every penny. We got what we expected; clean room, parking lot, and good breakfast. The only negative remark is that the male receptionist did not look hospital and kind.

Very good for an inexpensive night's sleep not too far from the beaches and also close to many shops.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and always satisfied but this time a problem with a very noisy bed and sounded like other guests had the same problem. I did mention it but it was not put right. Staff are okay, cleaning staff nice and respectful.

I stayed in this hotel for one night only, and now I have a whole week of pain and discomfort plus costs of medicines... The hotel looks nice and clean, but the bed bugs are here, and I am allergic to their bites. I have written an email to the hotel explaining this problem and asking for a financial compensation, but it's been 3 days now and there is no answer. Highly disappointing! J'ai passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel et j'en ai pour une semaine de peine et malaise, plus les coûts de médicaments et médecins... L'hôtel a l'air très bien et propre, mais les punaises de lit sont là, et moi je suis allergique à leurs morsures. J’ai écrit un mail à l’hôtel pour leur faire part de ce problème et leur demander une compensation financière, mais cela fait déjà 3 jours que je n’ai pas de réponse. C’est très décevant !

I didn’t even spent the night with you, I left the hotel, there were shirtless people calling us from the window, there was people outside the hotel, it smelled like cigarettes, people doing i don’t know what with their open doors, looking at the combination of our door from the hallway, I felt so unsafe there, my sister and i decided to leave and we had to pay for a more expensive room at 23:30 in the night.

After quite a long time looking for the hotel (not many indications!) I found it confortable, clean and well managed.

I came early hoping that I can check in early unfortunately I have to wait although it was Sunday so I don't really mind

Well received upon arrival at 2am. Receptionist assigned new room after complaint about rotten smell in the bathroom. 2nd room was OK at first, but after some time the aircon produced the same smell again and it was almost unbearable until the morning. Both rooms and also bathrooms extremely limited in space. No towel provided. Summing up, I have slept a lot better and more comfortable for 48€. Overall, it still helped me to get some sleep on a long road trip.

MY STAY WAS FINE. BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS WERE CLEAN. REGRET THERE IS NOT EXTRA BED LIKE BEFORE.

We got the basics, what we neded, and the hotel was clean.

Room was slightly smaller than expected but overall very clean, friendly staff and good for the money.
