The room was not clean, I found used dental floss on the floor and the sink smell piss awfully, had to open the water to neutralize the odor the stay in the bathroom

To be told on arrival that we do not supply towels and that we had to pay for them is most surprising! The offer did not say towels were not included and what's more there were no toiletries, so you could not wash your hands.

While doing the check in, they asked for my credit card and took its information and if not, they said they can’t let me in. I have never experienced such thing before. I don’t know if it’s normal so I wanted to let you know. The showers were dirty, there were no soap and tissues in the toilet

The attention from the reception is really good! Everyone is friendly. They let us storage our luggage for 2euro before checking in. The only thing is that The floor was dirty when we arrived and that bathrooms didn't have soup, but overall it's good for the price.

Everything was just perfect, only one minor issue, I had booked and paid for a late check out ar2om instead of 12pm and when I returned at 1pm on the day I checked out, I couldn’t access my room as the staff on reception had no information sent to them to state I’d booked a late check out? Not a big issue and the young receptionist was very helpful giving me access to my room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra in advance booking for early check-in, but staff unaware (system does not show it). Room very cold, aircon/heating did not work (just blowing the room air) Electric radiator was disabled and impossible to switch on. Communal toilet & shower in corridor. Strong odour of mary-jane being smoked in neighbouring rooms. Noisy corridor, everyone's coming and goings audible all night long. One night was enough, never again. Booked a competing hotel nearby, with ensuite bathroom, for less money.

Toilets and shower cabin are not even self cleaning, amenities are zero. This is really a hotel you use in desperation and it is not even cheap. Never again
