Di solito viaggio sempre con Ibis e mi sono sempre trovata bene, ma purtroppo questa è stata la peggiore esperienza. Poco seri: nonostante la tassa di soggiorno fosse già inclusa nel prezzo della prenotazione, al check-in hanno preteso di farmela pagare di nuovo. Inoltre l’hotel era sporco e mal tenuto, con standard decisamente inferiori rispetto agli altri Ibis che conosco. Anche il personale è stato poco cortese e per nulla disponibile. Un vero peccato, perché mi aspettavo la stessa affidabilità di sempre, ma qui non tornerò.
