Even though it’s a low budget establishment, I found that the room was looking not very attractive to stay.

Room very dirty. I booked two rooms and my daughter have many bites bed bugs. Not good hotel!

I understand I was booking a budget product but I have stayed in other Ibis budget hotels before and been happy with them. This hotel is old and not well maintained. We arrived at 21.10 and the check in staff finished at 21.00 otherwise I would have asked for a refund and found somewhere else to sleep. The room was not clean & the bathroom had a bad smell. It was tatty and I felt like I was sleeping in a student residence room rather than a hotel.

The rooms smelled bad. Smell was coming from air condition and toilet smelled per. The light switch was not working proberly. Even thought customer service was nice I would not recommend the hotel.

We had three rooms for three nights. In room 36, poor air-condition, the room temperature is hot! In the bathroom soap holder is broken and head shower holder is broken too. The guy from the reception is nice snd friendly but solved none of our complaints.

Room #3026: Poor air condition, (room temperature is hottttt) poor maintenance, shower head & soap dispenser hanger were broken. The receptionist was nice and friendly but solved none of our complaints.

Generally good - hotel is nice and management/staff great. Room itself could use repair. Shelf under sink not attached and fell off easily. Shower head broken.

We are from Australia visiitng every year in Europe and had a wonderful and friendly stay at his Ibis Budget. This was our third stay at this property. Our returns have always been because of the people the cleanliness of the rooms and the service all of which cannot be faulted.

there's no way to park the car close to the hotel in a restricted area, such as in the other Ibis Budget. I had to park it on the Street, far from the hotel, in a deserted place. The room had a bad smell of smoke. I've been staying in Ibis (and before in ETAP) for dozens of times, and this was for sure my worse experience indeed.

We were not given the parking info accurately, but there is descent parking. Internet a bit slower than other places. They were quick to fix a broken shower wand! Shower design left lots of water on the floor, can use extra towels for sopping it up. Dusty under the bed.

Although quiet complex to navigate the very poorly designed access roads between Sophia Antipolis-Vallauris-Golf San Juan - Cannes, if this is the hotel selected for your stay, you will have no choice. And beware of the equally unreliable directions. The car parking is wild! A pleasant surprise to find a modernly equipped cheerful & clean hotel with helpful staff.

We stayed at several of the Ibis Budget hotels on a trip through southern France during the last couple of weeks of May 2014. This hotel offers good value for the price, particularly for the area. Be aware that the location can be a little tricky to get to, as it is right off of the motorway, and it actually easy to get back on the motorway when you are really trying to just go down the street. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, basic, safe place to stay.
