Nice structure well maintained. However it's surprising that there is not a gym to workout. Great location if you need to be around Sophia Antipolis, not super convenient to Antibes bur manageable.

Your normal relaxed atmozphere - I love it the lady in the evening restaurant - super service and hospitality cleaning of toilet - there was leftovers in the toilet day of arriving (1 dec) and for two days. Used it as a test of the cleaning of the rooms. that is not your normal standard, but mabye the cleaningstaff on the 3 floor was different 1 and 2 of december?

Perfect stay - only 1 remark: only the first night a free water bottle was offered however the next night I did not receive this. Due to the water issues in Valbonne it would be great if the 2nd night also a free water bottle was offered.

Good experience in this hotel where I like to stay during my trips to Sophia. Small remarks would be the heating in the run was not as strong as desired and that the express breakfast is not well known buy all hotel employees

Room key not working after 5 resets by the staff. I had to ask reception to open the door every time I wanted to enter my room. No bottle of water in my fridge while there is a bacteria problem with the tap water in Nice. Soap dispenser in my room was empty.

arrival in the hotel is very impersonnal. you enter an open space, no desk, people sitting watching their mobile phone then looking at you and checking if you are registered and off you go ... check out same even more impersonnal, you drop your key, not a good morning not a thank you nothing and off you go. like Hotel F1

My overall stay was pleasant enough for one night. The hotel is near to my company office and have stayed many times before. Easy check in process, room is fairly basic but the bed was soo comfortable! Only pain is not having any milk to go into the coffee in my room in the morning. Nice bar area and dinner was nice, I understand is a french hotel but would be benefit from the dinner menu being in english. Easy check out process also.

Just a few years ago I used to be Accor Platinum member and have had my fair shares of stay at Accor hotels. This Mercure Sophia was disappointing in a few areas and I'm not surprise why most of my colleagues chose Beachcomber instead of Mercure. - One complimentary bottle of water and no replenishment for subsequent night. Beachcomber next door receives 2 bottles upon first night. - Toilet's seat was broken. The seat wouldn't stay up. - Hairdryer - so weak and not usable. - First receptionist ever to tell me to check out 'just before' mid day. I asked, so it's 'mid day'. The answer was, 'no come just before mid day". Felt like I would be charged if i were to arrive a minute after mid day. - Receptionists were so loud and did not care about guests being on the call / meeting. After checked out, both my colleague and I had to get in some quick conference call prior to leaving. However the receptionists were so loud talking & laughing, and couldn't care less about guests sitting there near them.

Room was very nice, brand new! However, AGAIN the breakfast was disappointing. The last time I stayed with you I shared that there were no scrambled eggs from 08.00 - 08.30 at all. Now there were scrambled eggs, but they were very cold. In the old setup (approx 1,5 years ago, old decoration, no revamp) it was ALWAYS good. Don't know what's going on, but this is not ok. Colleagues paying approx 20,- EUR for breakfast were also VERY disappointed.

Like the room, the location near work and the express breakfast option. Don't like staff come in the room when "do not disturb" sign is on, even when no one is in TV channel card in room needs serious updating

Very comfortable beds. Relaxed and cosy atmosphere throughout Reception. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. Only inconvenience was the restaurant not serving dinner at the weekends. We stayed for 2 weekends and didn’t have a car so it was a hassle having to go out especially late. But overall a very good hotel and comfortable very clean rooms.
