Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern (even though some parts could be refreshed). Breakfast provides excellent quality items but the choice can be limited sometimes (not so much fruit choice for exemple). The pool is nice but water is colder than the sea. Only one thing is weird: they have a small parc outside that is completely abandonned.

I'm a gold member now and even in Covid Times I stayed in your hotel chain in The Netherlands. I arrived July 31 rst around 3 pm. Reception contacted room service if room was cleaned yet. They all confirmed that room was clean. I entered with my wife there , the room was awfull, not cleaned, i wanted to leave your hotel immediately. I can send you the pictures I've taken. I went to the reception and they gave me room 336 at the end of the corner on the 3rd floor( no problem for this ) but this room was even not cleaned even more for months. Dust was experienced everywhere. it's totally unacceptable to to threat me this way as aloyal customer. Therefor i want to receive a reimbursement or compensation. I have even eaten and spent money in your hotel but this is the last time.

We arrived after midnight to a car park that was not just full but bursting at the seams. We managed to find a space that unfortunately was the only possible place for the car which was a disabled place. The key we were given for the room was wrongly coded so we had to return to the reception. The rooms were very old but generally clean and the air conditioning was ok. We had paid for breakfast so went to the restaurant in the morning where the waiter simply ignored us whilst he chatted to a guest for 15 minutes. In the end we tried to help ourselves to the buffet but there were not plates bowls cups or utensils - we left after 20 minutes after eating or drinking nothing.

The experience was not great. The bedsheets were not clean.? Room was on the third floor so was not renovated. I stayed there before on the ground floor and more pleasant.The room was old and smelled dewy. The bathroom was completely catastrophic. Filthy dirty- no other way to describe it. The bath tub had mildew all over. One of the Towels was slready used. The WC was also old. Happy it was for a night. Couldn’t wait to get out.

Rooms needs some refurbishment, Breakfast do not worth the money

Staff was OK and nice. But bathrooms needs refurbishment. wall painting cracks, the shower gel was half fixed with double face adhesive tape (in a bath room which quite often wet...). 19 € for a buffet breakfast with no added value face to a Campanile buffet at 12 €.

Excessive prices for the dinner considering the lockdown and it’s impact on the clients who have to go to the reception and carry their meals up to their room.

Noisy parties

The hotel is quite nice and well located but they have late private parties. I stayed there recently whilst on a business trip to Sophia Antipolis. There was a birthday party until 2.30am with loud music and shouting. I would not stay at this hotel again if on business.

A really clean and very comfortable room. Friendly, welcoming staff. Limited evening menu but the steak and profiteroles were excellent 😀 would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area 😀

Good location, refurbished recently. Restaurant is good and is service nice. Nothing compare with the réception team. Warm welcome does not mean anything here (though I am an accor Gold member). Far from accor standard. Not well organised and polite. A pitty !

Great Hall, successful restaurant and bar. Worst toilet for a 4star hotel ever...I have seen such toilets only on 2 stars hotel. Zero toilet products, had to ask them and we're not included (such as conditioner or body lotion). The gift box (thank you) was missing of two products...there was an inlay explaining the Birchbox content, and only 1 of 3...shame! No room upgrade. Loved only restaurant and the hall , where spent most of the time. The room 😞

Overall okay. Very nice location in the woods. People for business events, staying late in the bar outside make disturbing noice quite late. Nesspresso in the room in really appreciated Breakfast a bit monotone.

From good business hotel to "TRENDY"

this hotel is some 12 KM from the seaside and in the middle of a business park, to date it was a good hotel which I have stayed at many times. On this occasion I was met with a trendy vacation style interior no booking in desk a cacophony assailing my ears.Rooms have zero power points unless you disconnect the lights and have an extension cord, no safe, no drawers for clothes and very low level of lighting ,clothes hanging space suitable for one person onlyBreakfast: smaller choice then before, miniature bowls for cornflakes etc. only teaspoons to eat them with. Trendy coffee machine with capsules which takes an age whilst normal coffee cane in a flask, luke warm. Table layout great for a school or in a party of six or more very difficult to find a single/ double tableDinner: main lights turned out half way through meal took about ten minutes to convince staff to turn them back onA final insult to any musical person, the "stage had the bass guitar plugged into the wrong amp and a non bass guitar plugged into the bass amp so much for "Trendy"

Hotel was recently renovated and my Superior/Privilege Room with spacious shower (Grohe equipment) on the 3rd floor had a flawless bathroom with separate toilet, Nespresso machine plus coffee cups, minibar with free soft-drinks, in-room safe box, etc. Public transportation brings you from Nice airport terminal 1 directly with Express bus 230 to Sophia Antipolis for only 1.50 Euro (hotel bus stop = next to the hotels Ibis and Mercure). Very friendly and adequate staff at the bar/reception and an automated fast check-in/out system. Happy to come back !!!
