I found that paying 3 EUR for a mixer coming out of a plastic 1.5 l bottle costing 0.50 EUR is a little bit steep. for 3 EUR i'm expecting at least my personal small bottle of tonic to go with my gin (costing 7 EUR). the bartender wasn't very friendly either. As there is not a lot around the hotel, you find yourself a little captive.

I love this hotel. The staff are so kind and caring. The rooms and common areas great. The retaurant staff are both warm and highly professional. But the menu is soooooo limited. I will not be dining in the evenings until this improves and sadly may even look for an alternative hotel! And I'm very loyal to this one!

Location pretty OK for business travelers visiting Valbonne. General hotel array OK but rooms are very very outdated. In urgent need for a refurbishment. Most likely I will consider an other hotel next time.

Noisy parties

The hotel is quite nice and well located but they have late private parties. I stayed there recently whilst on a business trip to Sophia Antipolis. There was a birthday party until 2.30am with loud music and shouting. I would not stay at this hotel again if on business.

I liked the speedy check-in and check-out. The room was very nice, cozy and quiet, which is perfect for a business trip. The food in the hotel restaurant was lovely, while the breakfast was not optimal. Warm milk and scrambled eggs were not filled up, after having been finished. The cutlery (knife, fork, spoon) were of minor quality (for a 4 star hotel) and also not quite polished. The restaurant was not too cozy, quite sterile in terms of interior design.

Nice structure well maintained. However it's surprising that there is not a gym to workout. Great location if you need to be around Sophia Antipolis, not super convenient to Antibes bur manageable.

Your normal relaxed atmozphere - I love it the lady in the evening restaurant - super service and hospitality cleaning of toilet - there was leftovers in the toilet day of arriving (1 dec) and for two days. Used it as a test of the cleaning of the rooms. that is not your normal standard, but mabye the cleaningstaff on the 3 floor was different 1 and 2 of december?

Perfect stay - only 1 remark: only the first night a free water bottle was offered however the next night I did not receive this. Due to the water issues in Valbonne it would be great if the 2nd night also a free water bottle was offered.

Good experience in this hotel where I like to stay during my trips to Sophia. Small remarks would be the heating in the run was not as strong as desired and that the express breakfast is not well known buy all hotel employees

Room key not working after 5 resets by the staff. I had to ask reception to open the door every time I wanted to enter my room. No bottle of water in my fridge while there is a bacteria problem with the tap water in Nice. Soap dispenser in my room was empty.
