Thomas , manager of rooftop restaurant, made a visit to the rooftop for a meal or drinks, very memorable. He truly cares about the service his staff provides. Service in the breakfast area was very good, housekeeping great as well! We will be back!

It was a beautiful stay that made for a special trip. From welcome drinks to a very generous room upgrade, I thank the attentiveness and kindness of the staff, which was given to us. One small detail that personally wasn't my favourite (otherwise I would give a 10 out of 10), was the loud music coming from the rooftop, which could be heard from early in the day until night. It made it a little difficult to completely enjoy and relax in the room. It actually also meant that we didn't use the rooftop as much as we would like for eating, drinks, lounging, etc. as it wasn't as tranquil for reading or conversing...but I do understand that this part is just a personal preference and I guess for many the music is an advantage. But overall, thanks for a great experience, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Juan les-Pins.
