well located, could have been cleaner in the common places and the room

The hotel is undergoing a renovation and people who are working in the building are everywhere; the carpet i the common area was complete dirty. in the stairs they were removing the old carpet and putting the new one. in the room I found a piece of electric device forgotten by some electric and the room was not very clean. paying over 300 euro per night, you would expect to have a perfect room and the hotel to be crazy beautiful. Despite all this, the hotel is close to the beach, 5 minutes walking. the beach was very nice, even if very crowded. you pay about 30 euro each to enter the private beach. but the hotel gave us a good treat and we have 2 free cocktails. I would not go again to spend 300 euro but overall the stay was positive. the roof top is very nice but the pool is very very small.

Too early to be opened

Hotel was not ready to be opened for our arrival: a lot of works on diffrent floors, many scratches and a lot of damage on walls, doors, elevators. In our room the was a big hole istead of ventilation. All these points really impact the positive impression on the stay. The team is new, friendly, helpful (except the topic with ventilation, that hasn't been fixed during all our stay of 3 nights). Very elegant rooms and perfect view on the sea

You visit a hotel in renovation process. There are taft periods but could wait to finalize cleaning

It could be a nice experience but just open and service not consistency service. Room nice size great view but to much dust. We can understand it’s an opening but it was not dust from construction just because was not clean enough… at restaurant you take a meal at 44 euros and no French fries….let’s see next time ….
