Dear Mr Tengiz, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not as comfortable as expected. Regarding the air conditioning, our system operates either in heating or cooling mode, and we transition to air conditioning at the end of April as nighttime temperatures can still be quite low. We understand that daytime temperatures can be warm, and we appreciate your patience during this seasonal adjustment. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by the construction works nearby. While these are beyond our control, we understand how they may have affected your rest, and we truly apologize for this disturbance.
