We loved the hotel and the location. The hotel staff were so accommodating and pleasant as well. Our housekeeper was very thoughtful and sweet. The experience was great and we could tell the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

The staff from the doorman to reception to room service were fantastic. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The art around the hotel is fantastic. The decor of the hotel including the rooms was fabulous.

The room was in desperate need of a paint job, and the bathroom was damaged.
