Dear Eric, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had a nice stay with us. Please note that due to weather conditions, we were able to open our rooftop from April 25th this year. We understand that during the winter months, some of our outdoor facilities, such as the rooftop and pool, are not operational in order to maintain the best quality of service and safety for our guests. We also acknowledge the temporary seafront construction and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
