1. Temperature was centrally managed and there is no provision of adjusting temperature and air flow in the room resulting in extreme discomfort with sweating in the night time 2. There was no provision of clubbing the food bill with the room number. The food bill should have been allowed to be added with the room number 3. The food spread in the breakfast was limited. There was no option of omlette and freshly cut fruits were not available 4. Amenities like cookies, drinking water inside the room were not available

Good value I guess but service ranged from rude to ambivalent, only occasionally helpful. Very hot bedrooms, impossible to reduce air con below 26 legs. Nice to have the pool. Food was quite poor, only 2 towels in bathroom.

Pre-Covid, I used to be lodged at the Mercure or Avis in Sophia Antipolis almost every month. Since then, I only travel once or twice a year, not always staying at Sophia Antipolis. The hotel clerk (or director) remembered me despite I travel much less than in the past. She ensured I could access my room even though I arrived a bit too early, which was very convenient for me (otherwise I would have left my luggage). The only issue that persists at Mercure/Ibis is that, despite the years Amadeus Madrid employees visit your facilities, the invoice does almost never reflect the Corporate TAX ID first time, even when requesting, requiring re-work (sending an E-mail to get the invoice fixed). Since long ago, I believe this could something to be improved quickly by Accor, but never happens. The other nuisance that happens at Ibis is that there are Latinamerican leisure tours that congest the breakfast at opening. I need to leave the hotel the earliest possible, hence it is not convenient to have to stay in a long queue for getting my breakfast.

Good value hotel, conveniently located between Nice and Cannes. Welcoming staff, lots of parking and a good variety of breakfast choices of scrambled eggs, bacon, cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, yoghurts and a variety of fresh breads, pastries and cakes. At lunchtime and in the evening the breakfast area is the restaurant La Boucherie which we used on a few occasions and enjoyed some lovely cheeses, steaks and rose wine. Areas which could be improved upon are the room lighting which was quite dim, the air conditioning which could not be turned down lower than 23 degrees, there was only an electrical wall socket on one side of the bed and there weren’t any English speaking channels on the TV. However, overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend the hotel to friends.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable; actually, there were two single beds joined together to serve as one double bed, but every night the mattresses kept separating from each other because they were not joined and there was nothing there to keep them connected. So I just had a very bad experience in Ibis this time. Furthermore, my one pair of socks was also lost from my room; it was taken by the cleaning staff by accident, but this should not have happened.

When I visit ETSI, I prefer staying at the Ibis Antibes for several reasons: 1) hotel is always well-maintained - I have NEVER had a problem! 2) it is within easy walking distance of ETSI HQ 3) It has an on-site breakfast and dinner which are both very good and reasonably priced

Good location and excellent restaurant but let down by tired sleeping room. Desk looking shabby. Door locks using magnetic striped cards are not secure and get erased too easily. Not convinced that door locks are safe. But generally fine.

Underwhelming. My shower had very little cold water so it was too hot, bathroom smelled bad and AC didn't switch on below 25 degrees setting on thermostat. Better hotels very close.

Overall, it was a good stay with a few suggestions for improvement. It would be helpful to have someone at the front desk who speaks English fluently to assist international guests better. Also, introducing slight variations in the breakfast menu each day would make the experience more exciting and enjoyable. Regarding transportation, the taxi booked through the hotel was significantly more expensive than using Uber, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was promised a packaged breakfast box for an early departure, but on the day of, the staff member claimed they were unaware of this arrangement and refused to provide it. I hope these points can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.
