The showerhead holder did not allow it to stay fixed on the vertical bar, preventing it from being properly positioned for showering while standing without holding the showerhead by hand. The water jet was directed towards the wall. Furthermore, we had to wait 15 minutes to be served a drink at the bar at 10 PM because the cash register had to be closed and then reopened!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong humid odor in the room. Even after leaving the window open all day, the smell didn’t go away—it was unbearable. The walls were in terrible condition, with peeling paint and patches of gray that made the place feel neglected and dirty. Definitely not worth the money.

We are sorry that you were disappointed, we have been renovated 7 years ago, and although we certainly deserve some refreshments, our rooms are clean and carpets cleaned very regularly, to a next time with pleasure, Best regards, Marie/Reception Brigade Leader
