Hotel is well located. Breakfast was good. Room could be refreshed. Advice from the hotel reception crew to have dinner in the area was not really good.

No safety box in the room. No room service. No walking distant supermarket for even water. Cafe has odd working hours. Staff refuses to do anything but the bare minimum; some are simply rude.

I stayed for 6 nights. At start, the receptionist seem a bit rude. I had to ask for garbage can as there was none. Carpets look very old and doesn't look clean. Having a kettle in the room would've been nice since there was no mini fridge.

I find the room a little compact. I was also expecting small refrigerator in the room but it was never there. staffs at the reception were good.

Room was okay with nice view. I asked for room cleaning every other day which is what happened but cleaning was that good. Breakfast was, again, okay but could have been a lot better with some hot food and wider range of food. Restaurant service was very slow even with not many people eating
