I would have rated my state "extremely satisfied" if only there was enough parking lots to park my car. It was noy easy to find even a single slot.

Aussi, nous ne manquerons pas de partager vos appréciations avec toute notre équipe. Votre satisfaction est la plus belle récompense pour notre personnel qui travaille jour après jour pour vous offrir un service qui vous convienne. en effet, nous avons un très grand parking qui n'est habituellement jamais rempli au maximum mais hélas, vous êtes venus pendant le tour de france de vélo et ils avaient énormément de véhicules à stationner et nous en sommes désolés, Notre personnel, vous aurait avec plaisir cédé leur emplacement, vous auriez dû nous le signaler et nous l'aurions fait immédiatement ;) Cordialement, Marie/Cheffe de brigade de réception

No fridge, No safe Airco not working and very noisy.. just blows some hot air from outside

We understand how crucial a working air conditioner is, especially in summer, and we sincerely regret this inconvenience. We take your comments very seriously. We will be checking the air conditioning system to see if there is a problem. However, I would like to point out that safes and minibars are not part of Ibis standards. It is not stated on our website that these services are included in our rooms. For your next stay, I advise you to book a Privilege Room in our Mercure hotel, just a stone's throw from the Ibis hotel. There you will find all the services you mentioned. Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that you will give us a second chance to offer you a stay at the Mercure that lives up to your expectations. This hotel is a little older, and the rooms could use some updating. Overall it was tidy, the staff was helpful in directing us in the best ways to get places, and the restaurant and bar had a very genial vibe. The AC could have been more robust in our room.

No problems, checked in slightly early but room was clean, made up and ready. No tea/coffeemaking facilities but it turned out I had booked an "economy room".....for the cost of a kettle, mugs and tea/coffee?
