My room was on the side of the street. Without air conditioner I had to leave the window open and tolerate the noise of the street.The breakfast was good. Free coffee was good.

The lift was broken and I had to carry my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. The carpets also need some cleaning as they smell quite bad.

In general the stay was oké but no elevator was a big minus

The room was big and the bathroom also that was very nice, also good breakfast and the possibility till 11 o'clock. Just no elevetor was disappointing.

Rooms are clean (not windows!), but generally it is below normal level of Ibis Styles. Windows look as if they have never been cleaned since refurbishment a couple years ago. There are tiles everywhere instead of carpets, which makes rooms more noisy and decreases the look and feel. There is no kettle or tea in the rooms! There is a free coffee maschine in the lobby downstairs where you can have also water or team, but such a solution is rather more common in lower class budget hotels. There is no bar in the lobby! The hotel consists of 2 buildings separated by a small street. Breakfasts are in the smaller one. We were in June and the weather was great, but I'm not convinced it would be a good solution for early spring, autumn or winter or just when the weather is bad. Breakfast was very average. What drastically lowers the rating is that the scrambled eggs were clearly not from fresh eggs, but from powder - it was impossible to eat. Funny fact was that as a golden status Accor customer I was appreciated with a candy (1 per person taken out of the package). If you would like to see a very good Ibis Styles hotel, please visit Ibis Styles Walbrzych in Poland. I do not plan to come back to Arnsberg.
