The room furniture was acceptable; however, the cleanliness was not. There was a persistent musty/moldy smell in the room even though no visible mold was present. The hot water was not actually hot, and the shower made an alarming noise every time it was used. Room service was extremely minimal — they only made the bed. There was no vacuuming, no mopping of the floors, and no changing of bed sheets. Experiencing this for 7 consecutive nights was unacceptable and honestly quite frustrating. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, the soap was finished and I had to request more, trash bins were left without garbage bags, and used towels were often left in the room instead of being collected. Overall, the level of cleanliness was very poor. There was also no electric kettle in the room, which is quite unusual for a hotel. Considering the price that was charged, the service was far below expectations. Quite frankly, the only real advantage of this hotel was its location, which was close to my destination.

Telefonisch nicht erreichbar („Mailbox voll“). Trotz Schlange Rezeption kaum besetzt. Kinderbett vergessen. Zimmer 318: Schwarzer Schimmel an den Fenstern. Duschschlauch löste sich auf. Im Bad braune Flecken an der Wand. Nettes Personal beim Frühstück. Leider trotz zwei Vollautomaten kein entkoffeinierter Kaffee.
