Overall, my experience was pleasant. I would prefer the bed to have a little more cushion, the mattress in my room felt worn and bit sparce with padding. The lighting in the bathrooms is terrible though; it's too dim to see well.

On the outskirts of the city, big hotel but dated. Would be good to make it more modern again. Room was clean and big. A bit disappointed from the restaurant ( buffet ). That is not really what i wanted Big parking

My fried was using the toilet when the bathroom mirror did fall on his head, shattering and cutting him, he had to go to the Hospital for 6 hours to get checked by a doctor (Cost of 150 EUR was assumed by the Hotel AT LEAST), luckily he didn't got his throat cut by the mirror or something worse, but he got a pretty nasty cut on his hand. Meanwhile we checked and all mirror of the rooms that we were staying (3 additional rooms checked) and we noticed that the mirror of our bathrooms were also not properly attached (I have video evidence to prove that!), therefore using the toilet for me was a traumatic situation since I was always thinking that the glass could fall out on my head too (LUCKILY it didn't happen) - >>>PLEASE FIX THE MIRROR ON THE WALL WITH SCREWS NOT ONLY GLUE, THEY WILL FALL AGAIN ON SOMEBODYELSES HEAD IF NOT<<<. Secondly, every time I entered my room, my card would just reset and not open the door. I travel very, very frequently and stay in a lot of Hotels, and this never happened, but the colleague from the reception wanted to tell me that probably I WAS DOING SOMETHING to the card to get it reset (I keep the card separately, not touching anything magnetic, neither my Phone, anything, I have a lot of experience with Hotels), the simple fact is that the card is purely trash, too thin and just looses its magnetism, also it was happening with other colleagues. About the 6th time I was on the reception complaining and resetting the card, he gave me an "Old-design" card, which is more thicker, and this had no problem at all, but only on the last day. During all the days in all the moments, as soon as I leave the room I had to go to the reception, wait 10-20 minutes to get a new card since there is always somebody checking in-out. I lost more than an hour in total by just doing that, instead of be relaxing. I travel a lot, and this was by far my worst experience in a Hotel, and hopefully I will never go back there.
