The room was very nice and comfortable and the hotel looked very clean. The staff was also very friendly in providing us with extra's when we needed it. The hotel is not that far from the city center as well. Bonus points is that there is a supermarket next door so we could get some extra snacks.

We were there during EKmatch and planned to watch the match in the lobby. Hotel restaurant can not be called a restaurant. The menu offers 2 kinds of soups and two types of pizzas. That’s it. So we ordered in because we wanted to eat an actual healthy dinner. We were not allowed to eat it in the lobby because they consider the lobby part of the restaurant. It’s just stupid. I paid €90 per night for a very basic room. No minibar, no water cattle. Policies are too strict for such a basic hotel. Won’t return.

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, good air conditioning and great location for Euros 2024 - supermarket next door and pizza place round the corner -5 minutes to UBahn into Dortmund . Good online check in and staff were very helpful with enquiries at all hours. Great stay, thank you very much.

Stayed one night in February. This is a budget hotel, and I am rating this as a budget hotel. The property is basic, clean, no thrills. The room was adequate, the bathroom was a bit tight, felt like in a space capsule. Sleep was comfortable. Had a desk to do my remote work. Walking distance to the U-Bahn station. There is a supermarket around the corner. Reception staff was helpful - helped me out with the parking and were reasonable with my request for late (30 min) check out time. Had a (frozen) pizza warmed up for my dinner for 8 euros. That was not bad. Overall, an excellent place for those on a budget.
