There seems to be huge problem with the hotel management 1st room the lock didn’t work. 2nd room the toilet were smelly & the room was extremely hot although we kept the windows open. The corridor was constantly loud with as many as 6 children always playing outside their rooms. Room cleaning service is bad Breakfast is barely edible.

Lackluster attiude in reception, no smiles, no information given during check-in re. hotel amenities, breakfast, etc. Q: "Can you recommend a good restaurant?" => A: "Go to town centre. There are lots of them." Hotel in desperate need of renovation, stained carpets, stinking mattresses, blocked shower drain (all in one of the best rooms, as I am a Diamond member). I mentioned this to the receptionist during check-out. Her response: "The hotel was only recently renovated. And we keep replacing the carpets."

It is a standard mercure hotel. Room are ok and big enough. Breakfat standard but with a very good choise. Big park area vailable for the cars The lonely problem was due to the people that were in the bar (maybe not hotel guest) and that made a lot of noise without think to the hotel guest
