Everything is spotless, the coffee machines are great, really good. Breakfast isn't bad, just don't be late, as things think out. Eating outside was possible. Location is very pretty, built on/around boulders. And the parking is 3,4 meters high (not mentioned on website) which was the best surprise, because most of the time we have to park somewhere else with our van. Again, beautiful building, clean, organised. Breakfast buffet had very decent appliances and cutlery. We had a larger room than normal, and it was huge! (I did book a family stay, not a family room). Danke!

It was a hotel I stayed during the Interpack exhibition, and it was great to stay in a decent accommodation at a good price. It's within an hour of driving to the exhibition hall, and I was satisfied with everything, including breakfast and room. I will definitely visit again during the next exhibition.

It was my first time in Hagen, so I didn't know what to expect. The hotel is located in a beautiful and interesting part of the city, very close to the city center. I was able to easily walk downtown and see the sights in Hagen. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, answering every question I asked with a smile. I was particularly impressed with the staff in the restaurant and the deliciousness of the food. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel every night after trying it out the first night. I appreciated the covered parking, since the weather was rainy for most of my stay, and the availability of rental umbrellas in the hotel lobby. My room on the 6th floor has excellent views of the valley below and I took several photos. When I return to Hagen, I will definitely stay at the Mercure again!
