The employees were very friendly. The room was great and spacious. Drinks in the mini-fridge were complementary. The only thing is that parking needs to be paid for on top.

We stayed because of the football match of Borussia Dortmund. The hotel us close to the stadium. We enjoyed the after match beer in the bar. Next morning we had a great breakfast, with excellent choices to start the day perfect!

The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation. The location next to the stadium is very good and also the staff is very nice and supportive. My only problem was that the bathroom was VERY dirty, the WC had A LOT of stains from my predecessor and the floor was very sticky. That was a pity, otherwise I would have rated the structure much better.

Front desk staff was really a bit confused and told us the bar or restaurant would be open at 2p while we waited for our room to be ready. Neither was. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Other wise I would say it was very mediocre. Nothing special at all.
