Told lie on website when told could leave bags early told that was wrong on website. Young daughter bed had bugs in there and bitten. Would like some reimbursement for above issues.

While our hotel does not have a dedicated luggage room, we always strive to assist our guests upon arrival and regret any miscommunication. Concerning the presence of bed bugs, we have immediately conducted a thorough inspection and we can confirm that there were no bed bugs in your room. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance, and we regret to hear that the condition of your room was not up to our standard. We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, and we apologize that the comfort of the bed was not satisfactory. Additionally, we regret the disturbance caused by our housekeeping service and will be reviewing our protocols to ensure privacy and comfort for our guests. We also apologize for not being able to provide additional blankets or pillows. Our hotel typically provides one pillow per person with an option to regulate room heating for comfort, but we understand the importance of accommodating special requests when possible. Regarding the noise in the room, we regret that the sound of the ventilation was a disturbance. Our hotel is equipped with double soundproof windows to ensure a peaceful environment, and we apologize if this was not your experience. Finally, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the speed of our complimentary wifi connection. We will look into this to ensure we are providing the best possible service. I stayed at the ibis Budget Brussels South from 12/30 to 01/01 with my fiancé and my daughter. On 01/01, we had no electricity, no hot water, and no heating. We were not informed, nor were we offered the possibility of changing accommodations. Additionally, the room had a very strong and unpleasant smell. My 6-year-old daughter, who was with us, became quite sick due to the strong odor. I would like to request a refund for the daily rate. We felt wronged and unsupported.

The staff were very helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel is located close to the bus stop and within walking distance of the train station.
