I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I am thoroughly pleased with the experience. The receptionists were very kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. Check in was quick and the staff helped me with any queries I had. All of the staff that I encountered were multilingual, so there was no miscommunication between us at all. The room itself is exactly as photographed. The bedding, towels, toilet and shower were all clean. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and my room was always tidy. I would 100% return to this hotel and if I’m ever in the area. The hotel is around a 8-10 minute walk away from Ruisbroek train station, as well as bus stops nearby, so going to Brussels city centre is extremely easy.

Good mattress and quilt. The rooms are small and rest is very basic. Breakfast is okay.

I travel a lot and am surprised by what you get here for 70€ a night: arriving close to midnight, I found a spacious fenced and video-monitored parking and got a warm welcome and pizza from Geraldo, a kind and efficient staff at the reception, open 24/7. The room is well arranged with comfortable double bed and superposed third bed, private toilet, shower and sanitation, all separate, working perfectly and very clean and quiet. Never saw such a breakfast for 10€: a kind and helpful lady takes good care of a wide and generous choice of foods, hot and cold drinks in a sun bathed room, surrounded by green vegetation and high trees. That made my day! Moreover: at check out, Andreï at the reception took the time for resolving a serious trouble with the GPS on my iPhone. One must say the ambiance within the team is cheerful, very homely, very much reflecting the managerial skills of hotel manager Arthur.

Website room pictures are very misleading .
