Terrible. I understand budget Hotel but I know the standard of budget hotels in UK and this was shocking. On arrival I asked to see room before check-in as I've not stayed with this chain before. This request was refused. When we saw the room, which was a triple, a double for my husband and I and a bunk above for my thirteen year old son. Very odd bathroom set up, basically everything is separate but in the same room. Sink openly in bedroom, shower and toilet were cubicles in the bedroom, no locks, a glass screen for shower and like a thin what can only be described as a partician, that doesn't fit the whole door. No handle, basically it's like going to the toilet in the room with your family with no privacy. My Son's bed had no quilt only a wooly blanket, which did not look hygienic. At least with white bedding you can see if it's clean. There was only one pillow each, I have a bad back so am not able to sleep flat. I asked at reception if my son could have the same quilt as us and additional pillow and was flat out refused, receptionist said noway, children have these green blankets. My son is taller than me hardly a small child. He was cold during the night. I had to get a pillow from my vehicle that I bought myself, I've never had a Hotel refuse to provide adequate bedding before. The room was not particularly clean, some odd looking marks in shower, paint cracked on ceiling which was close to my son as bunk was close to ceiling. The toilet had a small amount of toilet roll, no spare or additional roll. Not very clean We booked three nights but asked for a refund and only stayed one as we arrived late in the dark and didn't know where else to go as we needed to be close to train station, which this hotel is. It has very good train access into Central Brussels. Not a location we would feel comfortable walking around at night though. Parking was good, in a gated car park at the hotel and reasonably priced at 12 euros a day. I appreciate this is a "budget" Hotel but I have stayed at 'budget" brand UK hotels that cost less and are a much higher standard so I don't believe you get what you pay for. If your paying for a stay it should be at least clean, comfortable with appropriate bedding.

It was good, but we found the shower cabin not completely clean (some hairs were on the floor). I know it was a budget price but please clean the rooms well.
