Except for the fact that they did not have phone adapter, which in my opinion is essential in a hotel that receives people with plugs from all over the place, the stay was satisfactory. The best they could do is point to the Chinese shop across the street that was still open, but the road was a that moment a true river to have to cross during the storm. Got soaked, returned sloshing around, my shoes completely wet. Would have been nice if an employee would have volunteered to do the errand, even if I had to leave a deposit to make sure the adapter got returned.

I reported at the front desk that the taking showers at the hotel was very unpleasant. There were water comming from everywere, leak from the the ceiling and it was very hard to control the temperature.

As always, I enjoyed my stay at the ibis Santiago Providencia. The check-in was quick and seamless. My room preferences were reflected. Everything worked. the minor issue is that I do not like the foam over-mattress (too soft, and hot), and generally ask for it to be removed. I forgot on this occasion.

I'm going for the last 25 years every year, and most of the time, service is good, this time, it was perfect. I forgot in room 402, I left July 8th at 11 am and I forgot a bath cover in the closet, if you find it, let me know to send someone to pick it up.

Good hotel for sleeping at. Bedding is the same at other ibis hotels. Rooms are a bit dated, but worked for me. Love that the shower gets super hot. Area feels safe and there is lots of food options nearby. The Receptionist we had was very nice and friendly. Didn’t speak English, but really tried to and we understood. 10/10 service. Would stay again.

The hotel is well located and personnel from reception are very receptive and with very good attention to the guest. However personnel in the breakfast are not attending well the customer with bad manner when you ask them for something. The room is clean but not so comfortable. Also bath amenities are poor (I found no shampoo at the bath, only liquid soap)

While not in the heart of the city, you’re steps away from great food, drinks and entertainment, with just a short jaunt to the metro to get you wherever you may want to go to in the city. Overall my stay was quite pleasant but not totally perfect. I used the glasses provided for the room for soda, and when the room was cleaned the glasses were not switched out for clean out ones. Other than that, no complaints.

Our stay was uncomfortable. The air conditioning is central and cannot be controlled from the room even though there is a unit and control in the room. We were very hot the whole stay and could barely sleep. The toiletries were not refilled and while taking a shower was out of shampoo/bodywash, there was no phone in the room to call reception so I had to go down and ask them and was told I would have to wait till the house keeper can next morning. I had to sleep without a shower. Until 9 am no housekeeper again. There were no facial towels or tissues only 2 bath towels were given. Would not recommend
