We stayed at the hotel between Christmas and New Year 2024 in room 803, which was a lovely spacious, clean room on the top floor, which even had the added bonus of a view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and they even looked after our bags after checkout. The area is fantastic, with more restaurants and boulangeries than you could want, and with the Voltaire metro stop at the hotel, and a good few bus routes, transportation round Paris was a breeze. This is a great hotel for the price, and for anyone visiting Paris.

We had a great time at the Mercure hotel! On our first day the receptionist secretly made a beautiful flower arrangement in our bed to celebrate our honeymoon! It was so sweet! Then throughout our stay they were happy to accomodate any of our needs, from tooth brushing kit, luggage scales and cutlery. We felt so looked after and it made our time in Paris a cherished memory.

This was my second stay at Mercure Paris Bastille Marais, and once again, everything was impeccable! I was particularly impressed to see that the feedback I had shared during my previous visit was taken into account, and the changes were made. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
