Short walk from the train station, easy check in. Nice walk to local bars and restaurants then into the city. Room could have been cleaner as lots of marks on the toilet walls. Beds comfortable.

On the positive side, the people working at the reception were extremely helpful. My biggest complaint is the quality/price ratio. The room is really not worth 140€ that I paid a night (there weren't many more options available), if you can pay a bit more I would stay somewhere else, I think the jump in quality is substantial

I was thrilled to find somewhere with everything I needed, and nothing I didn't need. Good wifi, clean and comfortable, a well designed room but no unnecessary frills. The hotel runs things in a way that anyone concerned about the environment can feel genuinely comfortable. I was rewarded for not having a housekeeping visit while there, which I really didn't need for a short stay. I plan to stay here again when next in the area.

It was like a ship cabin, not entirely cleaned, found 2 small cockroaches in the room and some leftover papers from previous tenant on the bunker bed.

Pedimos desculpas pela falta de limpeza e garantimos que a experiência que você teve não representa o estado normal do hotel e certamente não atende aos nossos próprios padrões como anfitriões. O inseto que você descreveu é apenas um besouro folhoso, que vive em florestas e é atraído pela luz quando a janela está aberta. Dada a vegetação ao redor em que nosso hotel está localizado, isso pode acontecer ocasionalmente, mas não constitui um problema de higiene. No entanto, se você não ficou satisfeito com o produto do quarto, recomendamos nosso hotel adjacente ibis para sua próxima viagem a Colônia. Os quartos lá são um pouco mais espaçosos, com 16,4 m², e dispõem de uma grande mesa, um guarda-roupa walk-in, assim como uma área molhada separada. Além disso, oferecemos um bar de hotel 24 horas lá, e a seleção no buffet de café da manhã também é mais variada. Ficaríamos satisfeitos se você nos considerasse novamente na sua próxima oportunidade e desejamos um bom tempo até lá. If I new the hotel was a nickel and dime hotel, most likely would have stayed another place. Its like a fancy Hostel. Thats about all. Elevator worked part of time. Rooms smelled like wet diapers.

The rooms there are slightly more spacious at 16.4 square meters, equipped with a large desk, a walk-in closet, and a separate wet area. Additionally, we offer a 24/7 hotel bar and a more diverse breakfast selection. We would appreciate it if you would consider us again on your next occasion and wish you a pleasant time until then. It was only meant as an overnight base and did this very well, we had intended to visit some of the local bars but our late arrival meant we were too late do this but very pleased to see that the hotel stocked a Kolsch beer from a local brewery in the minibar, which several of our party bought and enjoyed in the hotel seating area , near the reception which were very helpful.

Only stayed 2 nights for a short break with my son and we were hardly in the room. Great location for train station. Online check-in made the check-in process quick and easy. Comfy beds. Clean room. We didn’t require it to be cleaned due to the little time we spent in the room and was rewarded with a complimentary drink… Amazing! Perfect for what we needed at an extremely affordable cost!

The room was very snug, but was a good base camp and was clean. There were no mattresss protectors however which isn’t hygienic. There were also no plugs near to the top bunk or the right side of the bed, so two out of three of us couldn’t charge things next to us or have a fan little plugged in and running near them during the heat. The room did have AC though which was good. It wasn’t super powerful but it helped. The shower was in the room but you couldn’t see through most of the glass so there was some privacy. There were buttons by the headboard to control the lights and a couple of smaller lights by the headboard for reading. The hotel was around a 5 min walk from the tram which costed around 9 euros for a 24 pass. There was no wardrobe but was a small place to hang some belongings. Somewhere to put your case would be ideal. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage before checkin so we could explore the city which was good.
