room only come with 1pax breakfast despite in the end room stay for 2pax. Breakfast food was not up to 5star quality. It is either too salty or too cold or tasteless.

Dear Le C. Hau, Thank you for your recent stay and for sharing your valuable experience. We are very sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. I would like to take a moment to also inform you that our hotel has undergone a number of renovation efforts this year and where half our hotel rooms have been fully renovated, with the remaining rooms being completed next summer 2026. These renovations have addressed your concerns and where it is my hope you will grant us another opportunity to better serve you. With regards to your breakfast experience, I am also sorry that you did not find our offer and selection up to standard. Our breakfast has been a key focal point for us as we have launched a brand new live kitchen this year along with a vastly improved menu selection which all our guests have been very pleased with. Please do feel free to share with me your feedback as to what items you would have liked to see. Concerning your feedback with regards to your breakfast inclusion for 2 guests, please note that our hotel merely followed your hotel reservation and which was made for 1 guest. As such, the second guest will be chargeable. Finally, I have been informed by the team that they were unable to deliver your welcome amenities to your room as the Do Not Disturb signage was switched on. Be assured, we are now addressing this feedback so that it does not re-occur. It is absolutely imperative that all our valued guests receive this gesture of appreciation and hospitality. Charged for extra bed even when not asked for.

Dear Mr. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As outlined during the booking process, our policy allows a maximum of two adults and one child under 12 to share existing bedding. For a second child, an additional sleeping arrangement is required in accordance with hotel standards and for the comfort and safety of all guests. Even in cases where no extra bedding is needed, the supplementary charge applies as it covers utilities and essential amenities used in the room. We understand that clearer communication at the time of booking helps prevent misunderstandings, and we will continue to reinforce this information across our channels. The friendliness and efficiency of the front desk and porters was first rate. In fact, everything was first rate….until we got to our room. No natural light at all…felt like a luxury prison cell. We raised our concerns immediately and we were moved next morning.

At our hotel, we offer two different room atmospheres: the inner courtyard rooms, which provide a cozy and peaceful setting, and the street-facing rooms, which enjoy more natural daylight. We understand that each guest has their own preferences, and your feedback truly helps us create more comfortable stays. We are glad to know that you enjoyed our service and that we were able to move you to a room more suited to your preference the following day. Although our courtyard rooms receive natural light through skylight windows, we will continue enhancing the in-room lighting so the space feels brighter and more welcoming.
