I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience, I upgraded to the harbour view which was well worth the extra, the reception layout is a little odd but once you know where it is everything is good, most staff were helpful with the exception of one manager? On the front desk. We were able to store our bags early and after our stay and the system for this was very slick. The room itself had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including good quality bedding and the bed itself so thank you

Good location, convenient for transport and a nearby 7-11. Trams and buses are pretty much outside, and the ferry terminal is a few minutes walk away if you're inclined to take a trip to Macau.
