Not as clean as it should be and lift waiting time its way too long

We appreciate you highlighting our convenient location, but we are truly sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We apologize sincerely for the issues you encountered with the cleanliness of your room, specifically regarding the toilet area. This falls short of our usual high standards, and I have shared your comments directly with our Housekeeping Manager to ensure this is addressed immediately with our team. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the wait times for the elevators. We understand how frustrating this can be and are currently reviewing our peak-time operations to improve the flow for our guests. Regarding the view, please note that our room views vary by category, and our standard rooms (Signature King) are generally located on the lower floors. To make amends, we would like to offer you a complimentary upgrade to a Signature Harbour King Room for your next visit. Please book the standard Signature King room, and contact us directly so we may arrange this upgrade as a one-time courtesy. Good location, very good sea view with nice service. The only thing that I am not very satisfied with is the small lobby, and sometimes we need to wait for several minutes for the lift.

We would like to convey our gratitude to the staffs that served us throughout our stay on both bookings we made/stayed in Nov’25 to Dec’25. Guest experience - Crystal and Jennifer gave notes and complimentary amenity which was a very nice touch on my birthday and our return for 1 night prior departing from HK. Overall, the staffs we met were all friendly and helpful and it made our stay a very comfortable and welcoming one. We will return to Mondrian HK should we travel to HK again! Thank you! (:
