Warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, especially Gary, the night manager. The room is so amazing, with a great view. Great place to meet up with friends for drinks and food. I had re-booked again for the next trip to Hong Kong.

Noisy room and poor sound proofing

Didn’t get a good sleep for the 3 night. Got disturbed and wake up multiple times in the night. There is this sound coming from the bath room area whenever other bedroom uses the bath room, and we cannot determine which unit it was coming from.

I would like to extend my sincere apology on behalf of the malmanagement for the shortfall during your stay with us. At Mondrian, we strive to provide a superior service experience for our valuable guest; therefore, your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the shortfall and prevent future occurrence. With regards to not able to have a good sleep for the 3 nights due to the disturbance and wake up multiple times during the night. Our Engineering team will take necessary action to follow up to avoid and occurring in future. About the payment I believe there might be confusion since you have booked the stay under special rate, which is pre-pay required. Once booked, vial ALL.com or ALL app will show a message that the payment is settled. However, the payment will be not settled, as “Accor Hotels Payment Online” system does not work in Hong Kong. the payment will be charged manually from the hotel end. We have already checked with Accor for this, and Accor confirmed that wordings cannot be amended. - We charged your credit card on 25 Apr from hotel end manually. - Our ALL.com or ALL app cannot automatically charge any guest credit card due to “Accor Hotels Payment Online” system not working in Hong Kong. All credit card transactions. -If you could share screenshot from the ALL app message that we can check with the Accor support team. As we didn’t seem to receive your message. I would like to offer a courtesy room upgrade for your next visit from Superior King Room to a Harbour Superior King Room as a service recovery. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely, Ahmed Javiz Duty Manager

The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was stunning, providing a great glimpse of the city skyline.
