The hotel was located in a very convenient location. Very clean and welcoming from the staffs. Good size room with the harbour view.

Mondrian is only a few steps away to MTR. It is also close to shops in Tsimshatsui. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay (with one minor point noted below). The view from the 23rd floor of the river was excellent and source of several photographs reflecting clouds and changing light conditions. Access (one I made the correct turn from N1 exit from the MTR station) was very easy. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, I enjoyed the walk in shower and the rain option. Ping, the chambermaid, was very good and quick for the occasional cleaning the room required. The breakfast staff were excellent and the ability to supplement the set menu was also good with a selection of breads, cheeses, ham, salads etc also appreciated. My irksome point - I just felt having a kettle (jug) to boil water for tea and coffee would have much more simple. The attempt to provide filtered water proved a disaster the first time I tried to use. To get hot water simply proved the cups provided were too small for the programmed hot water option, and water just over-flowed the cup and required mopping up. Solution - use both cups and switch them quickly. I never seem to get the L'OR coffee machine to work properly with the capsules failing to work properly - they either end up screwed around the edges or simply slip into the container. Solution - puncture the capsule and place into a cup to use the filtered hot water system provided. A reasonable but not ideal coffee results. The 40th floor - great all round reviews. A note for future guests. The Evoca where breakfast is served each evening becomes a bar with, at Fridays and Saturdays, a lively vibe, but from travelling down in the lift I suspect floors 32 and up may experience some noise from the DJ. So you may wish for a lower floor - I heard no noise on the 23rd floor. I would recommend the hotel, but tbh, there are others in HK that I prefer.
