The staff were friendly and conscientious. Front desk/concierge gave first class service efficiently. Check out was quick, luggage were kept and retrieved quickly. Staff went out of way to get the taxi for us. We were impressed by the positive energy of the staff! Room was quiet (maybe it’s the facing) and beds were comfortable. Quite different from the hustle and bustle just outside. Downside is the drop off point (can’t be helped) and the lifts which can be slow at times.

it was a nice stay, however, there were some finishes that were disappointing - for example, the sealing in the shower was not airtight and resulted in water pooling outside (a significant amount)
