Recently, my partner and I had the incredible opportunity to host our wedding party at AVOCA, coupled with a luxurious stay at the Mondrian. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience, characterized by exceptional service, exquisite ambiance, and genuine warmth from the staff. AVOCA provided a wonderful food and beverage for our wedding party, as well as heartwarming services. Our guests were equally impressed, often remarking on the beauty of the space and how perfect it was for our special occasion. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the superb service we received, particularly from the dedicated staff working in the Food and Beverage Division. Man and Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was meticulously handled. From curating an exceptional menu to accommodating last-minute changes, their professionalism and attentiveness made everything seem effortless. They not only remembered our preferences but also offered creative suggestions that made our wedding menu truly unique. The food was divine, with every dish expertly presented and bursting with flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was! In addition to the commendable service from Man and Michelle, we received outstanding support from Sam, Jennifer, and Sebastian from the Guest Experience Division at Mondrian. They were incredibly proactive in ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. From our initial arrival, they made us feel like royalty, assisting with our luggage and promptly attending to any requests we had. Their friendly demeanor and genuine smiles instantly put us at ease, allowing us to focus on celebrating our love. Sebastian, Sam and Jennifer were helpful, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Their meticulous attention to detail truly set the tone for a wonderful experience at the hotel. The combined experience of hosting our wedding at AVOCA and staying at the Mondrian was nothing short of phenomenal. With stunning view, delectable food, and, most importantly, outstanding service from dedicated staff members, we felt truly celebrated. The warmth and hospitality we received made us feel special and added to the magic of our occasion. The exceptional service from Man, Michelle, Sam, Jennifer, and Sebastian transformed our wedding festivities into a beautiful, memorable experience. We left with our hearts full, cherished memories, and a desire to return to relive this momentous occasion. Thank you to everyone involved for making our dream wedding a reality!

Expected a single bed to be at least 42 inches wide (48 inches to be normal) in a 5-star hotel. The 36-inch wide bed was really disappointing. Was allocated a lower floor room, limited sea view.
