I did a very large Google review. Location of hotel, perfect in the heart of the city many things to do. Entering hotel, very safe many employees from outside to inside to guide and be there for you. CLEANING staff A+ always they’re very early ready to assist you very very clean room. Very high floors, wonderful view, especially having a rooftop open with seating area areas. Restaurants on higher floors, wonderful view, great food, healthy choices, wonderful staff. Rooms of course very clean with a table and chairs to eat with your significant other. A gym to work out in every day. The manager, Gary, very helpful very caring. Found me a great dentist.. The people this hotel are your family while you’re there. An elevator that no one is getting to your floor without a room key. Only thing that could be a little better in the room shower was a little small meant only for one person. TV did not have many channels for foreigners only local. Bed was comfortable, maybe a little hard. Your room is small, but we should all know that due to it explains it of the square footage when you select your room. Price may be a little higher than when I’m used to, but it still was a great vacation spot. Otherwise, I’m 99.99% wonderful stay. For me some of the stuff as little petty, that’s a great complaints from me, but if I want to go there again, I would still select this hotel. For me, my number one is That it’s clean. Number two location. Number three view. Anything else I can get around it. Also, again find my Google review that explains everything better.

The staff were all very helpful, especially the DM who checked us in on our 1st stay. While there were minor lapses that can be overlooked, the team was simply wonderful. If it weren't for the pricing (this stay was a heartist rate), I would definitely stay there again.
