Hotel is placed in an awkward corner and the only way to get to it is through subway tunnels. However there are not many lifts to bring me to the road level and there if you do have large luggage then you will need to carry them up the stairs. Hotel entrance is facing a block of apartments so it can be difficult to find. However there are two metro lines which is convenient. Hotel is clean and breakfast is ok. There are a few eateries behind the hotel a short distance away. Hotel is near the KK mall which is great and is linked by underground walkway.

We loved our stay at Shenzhen Watergate. The hotel is conveniently located a short stroll from 2 subway lines, wonderful Lichi Park across the road and wonderful food street only 2 minutes away. We found the mostly young staff very helpful at all times and the room was clean and tidy. We stayed 4 nights and were sorry to leave as we made it a home away from home. The buffet breakfast was terrific and catered to all tastes.

Very dirty. Rooms not at all like the pictures in the site. Marks all over the floor and fournitures. Terrible smell in the room and corridor. Not in the norms of novotel standard serious rénovation and clearing needed. Over priced for the rooms and services.

I am currently staying here. A) No staff can speak even a little bit of English, so it is difficult for foreign travellers B) Internet condition is very very poor I have asked them many times but no solution to it, especially when you come for business this is really not the service you would want. C) Staff At reception are not able to help out with basic things.
