We stayed for quarantine, and the location is amazing for ordering food since it is in the heart of wan chai. Friendly staffs who are genuine and helpful. They are also responsive to my request and helping with sending deliveries up to the room. Would definitely stay again if occasion rises.

I was able to reserve the room for my 14-day quarantine stay with very efficient assistance from Ms. Yan of the reservations department. The hotel staff continued to be very helpful, courteous and quick in answering my enquiries for the duration of my stay. The room was very clean for the most part. Any food delivery/ drop off was brought right away from the concierge to my room. I felt safe and appreciated the open view for the long stay--it made a huge difference!

1. Quarantine meal plan needs improvement and more care & attention. I was not expecting super high quality out of $250 per day plan, but what was provided often failed to meet minimum expectation. There are plenty of ways to make it better without spending extra money. E.g. providing the same poor quality soup and fruits for two weeks is a terrible idea and make the hotel service look terrible. Once i asked for extra choy sum and refused, which was quite interesting experience. 2. When checking in aroud 9 pm, i needed to get a mobile phone charger cable. I wanted to buy one but shops nearby were all closed. The staff served me was very unhelpful and very very reluctantly rent one during my stay. He could have made my impression to the hotel much better with offering a little extra help but did the exact opposite. 3. I know this is a business hotel and not expected any 5 star hotel service. However, you can still make guests happy with very little things and such appreciation makes the hotel better than its comparables. I appreciate many staff there working hard everyday and overall my stay was ok but i would not particularly consider stay here again based on my experience this time.

Very good location and reasonably priced considering that the hotel could not offer its full-fledged range of services during the pandemic. Staff were in general polite and helpful, especially those in the fitness centre. A pity that the sauna was closed or else the stay would have been a much nicer experience.

Fast delivery Can almost provide everything I need The WiFi is a bit unstable but it became stable when I changed to another one. But the toilet equipment is a bit old. The toilet looks dirty.

Was nice to be greeted by Derek(I think that’s his name), the concierge who wears glasses and is usually dressed in black. Jason was good with re-handling my room due to a booking error. Thumbs up to both of them. However, the staff that stood out most was Lockie. When having breakfast with my friend, both of us thought she was extra helpful and pleasant, especially when compared to the other restaurant staff.

They help me to rearrange booking and serve my friends with sincere attitude. Especially lounge staffs, they are very polite and friendly, they are Crystal and Sanki. Furthermore, the Japan style buffet is very good value and tasty, especially the Wagyu beef and Seafood.
