Stayed at this hotel for a week. Location is very central on Hong Kong Island side. 5mins walk from the MRT station (Wan Chai Station) where you can take subway to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade on Kowloon side. You can also take a ferry for 5HKD at the close by Wan Chai Pier and be over on the other side within 10mins. Many wonderful restaurants /stores on Wan Chai Road and towards the Central District. The room is a bit dated with old decor but clean and functional. The staff there is wonderful from the cleaning service, restaurant to the concierge personnel. We have to mention Paul Chan at the concierge who was extremely helpful with directions and advises on HK tourist attractions and when the typhoon warning was raised :)

The whole stay was wonderful, the hotel very good and very well located for the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. A particular positive note goes to Mr Paul Chan at the concierge, who has been very helpful in assisting every need I had during my stay. He is indeed a very professional and kind person!

Excellent option for HK. Convenient location- 7-11 across the road and MTR a couple of blocks away. Coach stop (for mainland China?) outside. Hotel is clean throughout with functional decor and comfortable beds. Reasonable selection of TV channels, and Chromecast functionality. I recommend the upper floor rooms where the ventilation is better. The Maître D at the breakfast buffet permits guests to have complimentary coffee (without ordering food) which I think is a good service. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Paul Chan at concierge. There is a bar above the lobby however it is quiet, even with Happy hour promotion. I did not visit the pool but it looked like a nice space.

Didn't have the best mattress which caused my neck and back a lot of discomfort. Room had a weird smell as well as a damp smell too coming from the bathroom. Couldn't adjust the temperature dial as it seemed to be stuck so you just turn on or off to regulate the temp. Breakfast was not too bad although after 4 mornings it got pretty boring to be honest. Varieties were not that diverse on the hot section. And everything else remained the same. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout hotel. Location was ok too.
