Lights in room were not working. Maintenance team could not resolve problem. Room changed. Huge hassle to unpack luggage to move to another floor.

The hotel had a good ambience, there were restaurants nearby and the subway a short walk away. We were able to visit most of the places we came to see and return to the hotel in a short time. The room was clean and comfortable, we had the breakfast which was nice and kept us full for most of the day. The staff was helpful.

A great 8 night stay, spacious room which was clean and well equipped. We had a suite and was suitable for two adults and children. We stayed Bed and Breakfast and found plenty of choices each day. Pool area is clean and well maintained. Location is good for travelling around exploring all Hong Kong has to offer.

The hotel is in a great location. The executive lounge could do with enlarging and upgrading. Also the breakfast staff were very over eager in removing breakfast items at 10.05, without even the courtesy of asking for last orders - not good when you are told the last entry for breakfast is 10.00 !

The hotel is well located and the rooms are ok. The premium lounge is not up to the standard of other lounges we have used at other properties. The hotel is looking its age, could do with a revamp, this said the breakfast is good and has a very wide selection of food and beverages.

Two incidents need your attention. 1. An old clothe found under sofa, which must belong to previous visitor. 2. Concierge refused to lend an umbrellas during raining day while I can see there were three available inside the counter.

First time staying at a Noveltel hotel and was really impressed. Our room was on the 22th floor, very spacious in Hong Kong standard, like two 26 inch suitcases fully opened. The room also comes with some harbor view so it's really nice. Amenities wide I will say it's nothing fancy but you have pretty much everything you need. Hotel is located in Wanchai, with numerous eateries in the vicinity. Public transportation just a few minutes walk away. And there's even a convenience store just across the main entrance. So I really enjoyed my stay there and look forward to staying here next time we visit Hong Kong.
