My wife and I were bitten by bed bugs. We shown the reception and they managed to change to another room. However the damage was already done. Our legs were bad bitten and were itching throughout our trip.

Overall experience was good but not the best. We got rooms at 3:30pm. As an Accor member I was expecting early check in and not late check in. Dental kit was available at charge.. No welcome message. Have to ask for breakfast timings. No proactive approach. Disappointed
