First time staying in Novotel Century hotel. Locations: great, easy excess to metro Wanchai station. Surrounding with confidence store and lots of restaurants. Room: Staying in Suit Room , everything are great, with good harbour view except the edge of caper seems abit old. Would be a perfect stay of this been fixed. Service: Warm welcome by Kate when checking-in. She is really helpful and share us excellent restaurant information around the hotel. All CS staff here are perfect; Kate, Sanki, Tiffany and Rachel are fun to talk and friendly to everyone. Me and my friend had a really good time at the lounge.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Novotel Century Hong Kong, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks to Kate, who took great care of me throughout my stay. From check-in to the lounge experience, her warm, attentive, and professional service made me feel truly welcome at all times. The Ocean View room was very clean, comfortable, and the view was beautiful, making my stay extremely relaxing. I would also like to sincerely thank the manager Sanki and assistant manager Tiffany for their kindness and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. Thanks to Kate and Rachel, who was in charge of the lounge, I was able to enjoy a very comfortable and relaxing time there. The food was amazing, and the drink selection was outstanding — with a wide variety of juices, an excellent selection of delicious wines, a coffee machine, and even a cocktail area. Everything was absolutely perfect. Security was excellent, as the elevators require a room key card to access guest floors, which made me feel very safe during my stay. The surrounding area is clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe, even when walking alone. The location is also extremely convenient. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as many bars, cafés, restaurants, and lounges, and the hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions and lively areas, making it perfect for both sightseeing and dining. The hospitality of the entire team was truly outstanding, and I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the Wan Chai area. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

no one picked up the house phone so there is no meaning to have it there. i had to go down to reception and ask for the portable heater in the room. housekeeping staff was very friendly. i had to wait 20min to check out. the basic reception operation is not good.
