Compared to previous visits, the staff seemed less interested, service was slower and i never received my bill via email.

My stay was generally pleasant, but the facilities were much more outdated than expected. There was not even a self-service laundry room, unlike that of Novotel Shanghai Atlantis, where I stayed in March.

I think this might be the worst novotel I've stayed in. It's usually not as run down or disfunction. Taps were in awkward position. High humidity and old worn out furnishing
