Very friendly and supportive staff, the rooms are small but given the great location in HK that’s ok. It was very clean, great daily room cleaning! Breakfast selection was nice. The outdoor pool was also great for refreshing! The gym is the best I have ever seen 👌🏻

Our experience at Novotel Century Hong Kong was exceptional from start to finish. I stayed at the hotel while also hosting a large international business meeting, so I experienced the property from both a guest and event-planning perspective. The team was incredibly responsive, flexible and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. Managing a group of more than 200 international attendees comes with constant moving parts, and the Novotel team handled those changes with professionalism, patience and genuine care. What stood out most was the partnership. We never felt like just another group occupying meeting space. The hotel team understood what we were trying to accomplish and consistently worked alongside us to make it happen. From the guest rooms and meeting spaces to food and beverage, technology, logistics and onsite support, the experience was seamless. The location in Wan Chai was also excellent for our international attendees, with easy access to transportation, restaurants and the surrounding city. I would absolutely recommend Novotel Century Hong Kong for both business travelers and organizations planning meetings or events in Hong Kong. The people truly made the difference, and I would be very happy to bring another program back.

Before my arrival day, Erica (the Guest Relations Officer) emailed me with a welcome message, and asked my room preference. And my room was upgrade at check-in. After check-in, Michelle (the Guest Experience Manager) took care of me very well. She prepared a wonderful welcome gift for me, including a fruit basket and a bottle of wine. She even prepared a well-crafted mid-autumn festival gift for me, which makes me feeling at home.

Whilst the hotel is a little dated my junior suite was comfortable & as a platinum accor member the lounge provided a good service. It’s disappointing that the accor group don’t have a really good 5 star hotel in Hong Kong.

Dear Maria, We really appreciate your feedback. We are delighted that your check-in went so smoothly and that our Concierge took great care of your luggage. That said, we regret that the variety at breakfast felt overwhelming. Our buffet at Le Café changes themes regularly to offer fresh international choices, but we understand the selection can seem extensive. Nonetheless, we are glad you found the hotel well located. Our spot in Wan Chai puts you just an 8-minute walk from the convention centre and only 5 minutes from the MTR station, making it easy to explore Hong Kong Island. Good service. Good location. Rooms start to feel old, no charging points for mobile devices. We had to unplug the desk clock near the bed to get access to the only power outlet near the bedside table. Not convenient either as it was quite far away and close to the floor. Luckily had long enough charging cables. Breakfast has good selection but is always the same. Okay for a frw days stay but not for a week. Premier lounge is otherwise good, with excellent service, but the seating is very limited with only a few four person tables. Mostly taken up by single or two persons.
