We are delighted that you appreciated our hotel\'s location, conveniently situated in the heart of Wan Chai with easy access to the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre and nearby shopping and dining hotspots. However, we regret to hear your observations regarding our rooms. We understand that expectations for comfort and style are of the utmost importance, and we are continually working to ensure our accommodations reflect the high standards of the Novotel brand. Our guest rooms were last refurbished in 2017 with a minor touch-up in 2023, yet we acknowledge there is always room for improvement. We appreciate your thoughts, which are crucial in guiding our ongoing efforts to enhance our guest experiences. Nonetheless, it is great that you appreciated our central location, close to prime shopping in Causeway Bay and within walking distance to HKCEC. With the MTR and Star Ferry Terminal just a stone\'s throw away, our guests can effortlessly explore the vibrant city of Hong Kong. Moreover, we value your feedback and will take it into account in our future pricing strategy. We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future.
