Novotel Century Hong Kong is well located and just 5-7 minutes walking distance from the MTR station. Lots of popular restaurant around, like Waso Cafe… The Front Desk are all helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you so much!

Well located, decent stay

Experience overall was good, had a really nice bar with live band and where we can chill out. Concierge team doesn’t seem to be able to converse well in English or mandarin, we told the concierge to help us make a massage booking and when we show up at the massage shop at the stipulated time, we were informed that no booking was made.

The staffs at front desk were nice and helpful. However, I found it a little convient that the hotel didn't provide teethbrush or comb. Understand that it might be of environmental reasons. So it it ok.
