Stay was only 1 night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We are also glad that our staff's friendliness and helpfulness made a positive impression during your brief visit. However, we regret to hear about the inconvenience caused by the standalone air conditioning units in your room. While we aim to ensure every aspect of our guest's comfort, we acknowledge that there may be room for improvement. As for the furnishings, we are currently updating our guestrooms in stages to provide a more contemporary feel while maintaining the Novotel standard of quality. Novotel Century Hong Kong is committed to delivering a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests, and we continuously strive to enhance our housekeeping services. Good Wanchai location but not much of a view. Hotel really starts to show its age. Good buffet breakfast and lounge. Not worth the price. I will be looking for a new favourite.

Rooms are very dated. Breakfast was average. Nothing great apart from a good location

Great staff on concierge. Location is great. I stayed on two separate occasions in one week. 1st room on 3rd floor first day was small, modern and clean. Zero complaints 2nd stay in room 2213 was a nightmare, old, dirty and worse clearly next to the endless whining cables for the elevators. Expect zero sleep .. tried with ear plugs but no joy. Galun, hotel manager couldn’t care less thinking that a free breakfast was all needed to compensate
