Stayed 1 night at the hotel during the pandemic, I had little expectation from the hotel. During my stay, welcome drink was not served as nobody was found at restaurant in the afternoon. Buffet breakfast was changed to served breakfast. This shortfall was understandable. Anyway, the room was clean. Hotel location was excellent. I’ll come back when everything returns normal.

Reception staff are good, but concierge not so friendly.

As soon as I stepped in I feel the accommodating ambience of the place much more of the pleasing attitude of the staff at the front desk, which is for me an A1 reason to come back more often to the place. The room is clean and bed is so comfy. Room service is fast.

well located, but the bathroom needs improvement

Bathroom is poorly designed. The sink is so small that it is impossible to wash anything. The water from the faucet is extremely slow. The pipe under the sink leaks if I pour a cup of water into the sink too quickly (may be that's why the faucet cannot run too fast). The shower head can only stand vertically up or almost completely horizontally, but not in any intermediate positions. The shower curtain always draft toward me when I am taking a shower, thus making the shower space much smaller than what it appears to be. There are serious design flaws in the bathroom.

It was a good one-night staycation and was beyond our expectations. We actually did not expect much during our staycation this time as we had a very bad experience during our staycation last October in another hotel. We thought there would be long queue during check-in, fully-booked swimming pool facility and dirty room. However, it turned to be totally different. Few days before check-in, Florence (Guest Relation Officer) sent us email, asking about the estimated arrival time with the details arrangement of premier lounge and buffet breakfast. She also asked us to check-in earlier to avoid a long-queue. Therefore, we decided to arrive at around 12:00 noon. We just planned to check-in first even though our room was not ready as we didn't like queuing for several hours. Surprisingly, our room was ready when we checked in. As we booked Executive Premier Floor Junior Suite, we were able to enjoy the premier lounge. My daughters were very happy to enjoy the afternoon tea at premier lounge. Neo and Florence were super nice!! They provided us some boxes so that we could take some evening snacks for our daughters who need to stay at hotel room as they were not allowed to enter the lounge during evening cocktail. The food at premier lounge was tasty. The swimming pool and gym arrangement was good. The room was clean. They helped to deep clean the room before our arrival as I told them that one of my daughter is allergic to dust mites. During our stay, my daughter did not develop rash. Overall, it was a good staycation experience. We will consider to stay there again. Thanks again to staff at Novotel Century Hong Kong, especially Neo and Florence, for their hospitality.

Stayed for nearly a year due to Covid outbreak. All staffs were kind and helpful. Always felt clean and safe when stayed here. Disinfection and cleaning were frequently seen at lobby during my stay. The staff acted fast and came to help immediately (e.g the lamp could not switch off). The room was comfortable that make me feel relaxed and could take good rest after work.

Avoid this hotel if you are looking for any hotel loyalty program benefits, the check in staff was reluctant to offer room upgrade, late check out, even welcome drinks that i need to request proactively.

Nice Staycation for Wedding Anniversary

A nice stay for the wedding anniversary, my room is upgraded which is able to have the harbor view with a bottle of wine for celebration. Room is clean and tidy, staff is nice as well, which I strongly recommend for staycation or a short leisure / business trip. Although high quality Full HD LCD TV is available in room, the resolution of TV signal is still very low, which is a bit odd to see VCD or DVD quality TV signal in a Full HD TV nowadays. It will be good if they can provide an option for customer to watch online channel from Youtube or duplicate the mobile / tablet screen via Chromecast or other way. Of course, it is a minor item for enhancement... There is semi-buffet breakfast arrangement due to COVID-19, it is good but the choices of food are less comparing with the normal buffet breakfast...Suggest consider adding noodle, dim sum, etc. Overall, it is a nice stay which I strongly recommended~
