Staff were polite. The hotel is in a great location. Hotel rooms are a bit dated but beds were comfortable. Room is clean. Hotel is well located. Many transport options. We were located near excellent restaurants. Overall a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the stay, However, the bed was a bit small and the coffee at breakfast was dreadful, on all 4 machines (the bean grind setting is too strong). Otherwise we really liked proximity to the tram, MTR and promenade. Next time, we'll skip the breakfast option as there are plenty of good coffee shops in the area.

It would be better that: 1) toothbrushes be provided, as Marriott can do it very well. 2) assign a lobby manager who oversees the queuing of reception, and coordinates with lounge reception. Long queues are very annoying. You can put up with it? I cannot.
