Highly recommended! The Novotel Century HK team (Tiffany, Henry, Paul) has made the stay extremely memorable. They were so welcoming and friendly! My 2 weeks stay definitely was well taken care of. They provided tips on making my travel around HK easier and I really appreciated the warm hospitality. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit :)

I felt very comfortable and well taken care off. Bus stops are very close by making going to and from the airport convenient. It was just a walking distance from the HK Convention and Exhibition Center. A lot of food places, malls and things to do around the area. HK Central Library is close by. I was helped in every way, complimentary drinks, socket adaptor, luggage storage.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at! All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Location was excellent as it was close to the MTR, bus and trams. Room was clean and more spacious than expected. My family really enjoyed the pool and it was a great escape from the sweltering Hong Kong summer. Thank you to Paul Chan (concierge supervisor), housekeepers, gym/pool staff, check in/concierge staff who made our stay in Hong Kong even better.
