I had a really enjoyable stay at Novotel Century Wanchai. One of the highlights was being upgraded to a bigger room—it immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The extra space gave me a sense of comfort, and it was nice to unwind after a busy day in Hong Kong. What stood out even more was the friendliness of the staff. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, which made the whole experience more pleasant. It wasn’t just about the room; it was the atmosphere of care and attentiveness that made my stay memorable.

A solid choice for a short stay in HK. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable, with good-sized bathrooms for the city. Great location with easy access to Wan Chai MTR and plenty of bus routes, and easily accessible to get to Central. I was there celebrating my birthday and received a super nice gesture from the hotel—a lovely cake presented on a plate with a chocolate message and a card. It was a very thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated! Most of the staff were friendly, though my checkout experience was quite strange and dismissive—no acknowledgment at all from the desk agent. Regardless, the birthday surprise, comfort, and location make it a decent value.

Right from the start we were well accepted and everything we asked was explained in a simple way. The view from the room was exceptional. The concierge (Paul) was very helpful and arranged everthing we asked for. The room was well maintained and the small desert that waited for me with a birthday card from the manager was the icing on the cake.
