I spent 1 week staying in this hotel. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist, Mr. Steven. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and equipped with a heater. The hotel is located in the Wan Chai area, a strategic area. The most important thing for me is that it is very easy to find halal restaurants. This hotel will be my priority choice when I go to Hong Kong again

Not friendly and attentive. Upon arrival, the concierge seemed to avoid eye contact and we were have to open the glass door with our hands full with luggages. The check in counter q line was not clear, so we waited about 5 steps away in front of the counter for the front desk staff to get their things done (3 counters were opened and everyone seemed to be busy and none of them looked at us).
