It started the best customer experience was when I inquirred about the surprise bday treat for my friend from the email confirmation, the important details about the airport pickup. All of us were all satisfied with the service we received. All staffs were accomodating, they speak english. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends. Friendly staff and they are all helpful. A bit far from the city but still a Great location with a big shopping mall, and MTR station. reasonable price. On time shuttle connect to airport

The hotel check-in and check out process is very fast. We are able to have an early check-in. The free shuttle was also accessible and very convenient to and from the airport. We were also surprised for a free wine and cake, since we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. The location is very good and very accessible to the MTR.
