We have stayed here before but not since the big "C". Pickup point from airport has moved and not well signed and airport environment is a building site. Upon arrival check-in was quick and easy. Nice room and ok lounge area on 21st floor. Comfortable beds and ok breakfast . Shuttle drops at departure gates. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Having stayed at the Novatel Citigate many times over the years, I do look forward to the visits. Staff are so happy and obliging, nothing is difficult. The shuttle service is prompt and easy to use. Rooms, while older now are well maintained and always perfectly cleaned. Good onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinners. The hotel is attached to the excellent Citigate shopping and eating complex, so there is always something to do here.

Excellent Hotel Facilities were great Gym, Pool, Bar, Location was fantastic for restaurants and shopping (designer and basic shops) 5 mins walk to Tung Chung station, you can be in Hong Kong central in 15/20 mins on the metro type train! Overall excellent

From our check in till check out everyone from the front desk till concierge was so helpful. It was my husband's first trip to HK and I requested Grima at the time of check in for a airport facing view. She upgraded our room to 1605 and gave us a fantastic room with the view. The room was lovely and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for making our staying a memorable one.
