Very relaxing and comfortable ambience and very welcoming of all Novotel staff.. it’s literally like a home away from home❤️ Hassle-free from Airport to Hotel, and vice-versa. Breakfast is delicious! Our rooms were so clean and cozy.

My family arrived early and they were able to accommodate us even before our check-in. Room was clean and smells good. Very convenient location because it’s only 1 stop to Sunnybay (Disneyland), Citygate Outlet is connected to the hotel, MTR is alsonear. The front desk and hotel staff were courteous and helpful. A really comfortable and fun stay!
