We had an early morning flight to Hong Kong and the hotel very kindly had a room cleaned quickly and we were able to get checked in at 10am and into our room for a shower and nanna nap. We also had a late checkout which we really appreciated

Everything was perfect. The Filipino guy who checked us in was very proactive. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room is so nice. The location of the hotel is very ideal, close to the train station and the shuttle service from and to the airport is definitely a plus. Super convenient, free shuttle between airport and hotel, next to Citygate outlet, close to Tian Tan, easy to go to city centre by MTR, spacious room, great customer service, enjoyed free breakfast at hotel lobby, they have 6 lifts in the building make it easy for our stay at level 20, overall experience great, strongly recommend! Will definitely choose novetel citygate again when I visit HK next time!
