Great location and great hotel, but major problem with a gas smell in my room and on the hallway during my stay. There were air cleaners running everywhere, but the smell was still present. Since the air cleaners were present, I expected a hotel staff to talk to me about the problem at check-in or during my stay - but it was obvious the hotel staff was trying to hide this problem. I recommend that your hotel staff should be trained to share about the problem to the guests in advance and offer a discount during their stay. But I do understand that the hotel was just trying to save face and not be shamed about the incident.
