I am a diamond member and was treated like one. We could have checked in early (1pm) because the assigned room is ready, however, the guy at the front desk, Dan (I think), said that he can also upgrade us to a suite but need to wait until housekeeping finishes it. Seamless check-in The breakfast though is not that good, I was expecting a little better choices and flavor of food. The lounge for Accor member is also a bit disappointing. While we waited for our room, we had snack at the lounge around 1pm. The noodles has no taste at all. The only redeeming factor is the Hagen daz ice cream which i can eat as much as i can The room is excellent! Clean and huge and fantastic view! We can see the cable car going up/down to/from Ngong Ping. The front desk also attended to all our requests. Housekeeping is pretty good too. Best decision to stay here because we intended to shop on our last leg in Hong Kong. And of course visit Ngong Ping. We had a pleasant experience all-in-all! Thank you very much Novotel!

While the location is ideal, our stay has been disappointing. AC is underperforming (especially near the bed), and the mattress is old and uncomfortable. Furthermore, because the pool is not working, we missed out on a key part of our stay, which my son was really looking forward to, a huge letdown. Given these issues, I would like to discuss a partial refund or compensation

It was amazing - great room, shuttle to the airport, tasty breakfast and exceptional service at the reception : lady managed to arrange me earlier check - in once I've arrived; late check out and opportunity to have a shower before my late night flight on the last day of my stay. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Kudos to all team!
