It was our first time family vacation in Hong Kong, and we are not so familiar with the existing transportation in the place from HKIA going to the hotel. Even though, we find ease because they offer free shuttle services with very accommodating and helpful driver who lifted our baggage and stuff.
One of the interesting parts of our stay is the hotel location, wherein it is connected to Citygate Mall and walking distance to Tung Chung Station. We also enjoy the buffet breakfast wherein we found all the food they are serving very good and taste delicious.
The place, ambiance, and room are very nice and clean. You can't hear noises from the lobby, and they gave us a mountain view wherein every morning, we can see the sun rise.
We really enjoy our stay in the hotel and for our next visit, we will stay again in Novotel Hong Kong Citygate as they really exceed our family's expectations and provided us exceptional services.

I don’t mind making my feedback public because I genuinely wish I could advise everyone: if you are planning to visit Hong Kong, there is no better convenience than staying at Novotel Hong Kong Citygate.
The location made my trip so much easier. Being inside Citygate, very close to the MTR, and near the cable car saved me a lot of time and effort. As a traveler, I believe that saving time and effort is worth every penny you pay, and this hotel is definitely worth it.
What made my experience even better was the whole team. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, supportive, and understanding.
What impressed me the most during my stay was the breathtaking view from my window. It was truly beautiful, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, I had business to attend to, but I am already looking forward to my next visit.

We only had two nights here and wish we'd picked it for a longer stay in Hong Kong. The Tung Chung MTR is a little tricky to find at first, but once we knew where it was found it so convenient. The journey into central Hong Kong is not as long as we'd expected either after reading other reviews and
it's, most definitely, the perfect location for access to Disneyland as well.
Every staff member was really helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable (albeit sightly older and worn than we expected). We especially enjoyed the pool and breakfast buffet. The views are beautiful and the shuttle service to the airport was so easy and convenient. This hotel actually exceeded all our expectations and we'd definitely return if we travel to Hong Kkng in the futur.
