The hôtel staff were all excellent from check in,when I was given an amazing room, to check out when they kept my bags so I could carry on exploring until my late flight ! The cleaners did a great job throughout the hotel and my room was perfect Breakfast was included in my rate and there was enough choices though I'd have loved some more Asian options Thank you

Other than the great location, facilities in the hotel is dated eg. Furniture, gym, tv etc. No electrical plug on bedside is very inconvenient.

It is conveniently close to Citygate Outlet shopping mall, and there's a shuttle bus that takes guests to/from the airport. Our room was comfortable and clean, except for the TV that was slightly falling off the frame (which I was able to fix) and the washbasin that seemed old and stained. Breakfast closes at 10 a.m. (would be nice if it closed a little later) and was surprisingly poor, with very few selections and even canned food (fruit salad). Other than that, it was an okay experience. I would go again mainly for a short weekend break close to the shopping mall, but I won't be too excited about the hotel.
