Our stay at Ibis North Hong Kong was nice overall. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, with plenty of shopping options and restaurants nearby. The service from the team was very good; everyone was always helpful and welcoming, with a smile. We had a room with a water view, which was lovely. The only downside was the size of the room, it is really tiny. This wasn’t a surprise for us as we were aware of it before booking, but it’s something worth noting. The air conditioning was also too powerful for such a small room and, for some reason, created a lot of moisture, so we had to keep it switched off. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Heater didn't work, room was freezing at 30, no water pressure in the shower
