I had a great stay at ibis Hong Kong North Point. The location is excellent—just a short walk from North Point MTR station, which made it very easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of local restaurants, convenience stores, and tram stops nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room size is a bit small (which is common in Hong Kong), it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I was also lucky to have a nice harbor view from my window. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient during check-in and check-out, specifically he remembered my name after we checked in. So surprised ☺️ Overall, this hotel offers very good value for money, especially considering its convenient location and reliable service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel.

The staff on site had excellent service. The bed was very hard and started to make my mum's back pain flare up but when we talked to the staff about it the next morning, they promptly gave us 2 extra mattress toppers to make the bed softer. They also had good communication re hotel events e.g. pest control, the CNY lion dance we could watch etc. Location was good - near the bus terminal (which the airport bus goes to) & the MTR station, so it only took around 30 mins to go to the tourist areas. Also lots of food options nearby.
