The customer service at the reception was great, both the lady and the gentleman at check in. (that’s probably the only positive parts of my stay). Unfortunately, the room condition is BAD. The decor as well as the amenities in the room was the same as my regular stays 15yeats ago, many part of the hotel (furniture in the room, elevators in the room) were worn out. Blanket is thin. The hotel with this poor condition was trying to sell at HK$3000+ during high demand period (night of Dec 7, 2025). I probably will not reconsider this hotel or hotel from this group anymore.

Decent hotel in Central location. Near subway. Room was clean although beds were narrow. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee which was a shame.

Kudos to Justina on a seamless check-in and for her genuine effort to explore a room change request. Thanks to the friendly and warm housekeeping staff at 18th Floor (Room #1804) - made us feel at home from the first day! At buffet breakfast, Louisa is a role model of efficiency, effectiveness balanced with warmth - other restaurant staff could learn from her! Thanks also to Henry at efficient check-out and changing our local currency coins to notes. Thank you to all Ibis Northpoint team for a enjoyable stay!
