Not a quite stay

oussama m Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

My stay was NOT comfortable at all.. the walls were so thin .. you can hear your neighbors clearly when they talk or when someone passes in the corridor .. It was really noisy … i did not enjoy it at all .. maybe the good thing to mention in the location near to a bus station

Just about okay.

Reception experience was quick and seamless. First room I was offered had a noisy fan plugged in outside the door - sleep with it would have proven impossible. Reception were reluctant at first but moved me to another room. The room was OK - small (nothing unusual by HK standards), but felt a bit like a college dorm room or even prison cell. The walls were damp (caused by the air-con?). Noise was a problem though from the adjoining walls, which were clearly paper thin. Depends who you're lucky or unlucky enough to have staying next to you, but not ideal to hear the same people gibbering as you get off to sleep, and indeed the same people gibbering as you wake up! Slept pretty well though all in all. Bathroom was small, as others have noted, but absolutely fine, and I've had a lot worse. At least it was a properly separate room surrounded by an actual wall rather than screen - not a given in Hong Kong. Location of hotel was excellent. Lifts were a complete disaster zone. It's a very tall building, and there are two lifts! Waiting around often took ages, and if you put in a floor, and someone else gets in and presses another floor, yours can actually disappear and it can be impossible to select a floor! (even with your room keycard). Needs urgent attention I would suggest So overall, okay, just about, but far from a great experience.

Well located, strategic location👍

Hotel location well located and strategic. Near bus station, 2 minutes walk, route from and to airport. Next to MTR HK transportation. Very helpful for transportation needs. Also got mal in front of the hotel and many kinds of culinaries around the hotel👍

Lidia B Families - TripAdvisor review

We stayed at the hotel from August 13th to August 17th, occupying two rooms. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was ready when we arrived around noon. However, one of our rooms had an issue with the air conditioning—it wasn’t cooling properly. The hotel promptly offered to transfer us to another room, which we accepted. Before our arrival, I had requested an extra duvet for each room, and these were already set up upon our arrival. When we switched rooms, we left the duvet in the previous room. My sister asked the front desk if we could take the duvet from another room, and they agreed. However, a few minutes later, a room attendant entered our room without permission and woke up my sleeping mom and friend to retrieve the duvet. This was frustrating and unsettling. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk, and Ken, the duty manager, assisted us. He was kind and very helpful, as was the night shift staff on August 15th. On our last night (August 16th) around 10:15 PM, we requested a packed breakfast because we were leaving early the next morning (7:00 AM), and breakfast wasn’t scheduled until 7:30 AM. Unfortunately, the duty manager at that time was unhelpful, stating that the restaurant was already closed, and he couldn’t do anything. We asked if we could call again at 6:00 AM on the day of our checkout, but he gave the same response
