Noisy and broken air con adjuster, it can not be adjusted meaning very cold, breakfast not as expected, welcome drink not as expected

Everything was easy and convenient, though me and my son got stuck in the bathroom because of a broken door knob, had to scream for help so we can be rescued. Luckily the housekeeping heard us and got reinforcements to get into our room and force open / break our bathroom door.

The room is too small if two person staying and if you stay in high floor, the limited elevator is slow due to the number of room per floor available.
