it's ok since we primarily spend most of time away and only use the place to sleep at night. There is not even enough room for two chairs for myself and my wife.

We stayed in an executive apartment, which was quite large, with sitting and dining area and separate bedroom. Views over the harbour and towards the peak were great. In-room tidiness and cleanliness was great, but the fittings were dated. Bathroom tiles really needed a deep clean or replacing and there was nothing provided except one small bar of soap, 2 toothbrushes and a fixed container of some sort of body/hair wash on the wall of the shower. No face washers, hand lotion or shower cap. The wardrobe set-out was inconvenient as layout of doors and drawers needed a tetris-like game to get at your clothes. There was no in-room information compendium to let guests know what facilities were available in or around the hotel. You could go down to reception and ask, but staff were often busy or did not know. The kitchen was huge, but only contained some plates, cutlery and a microwave. No bowls and only cups and saucers, not mugs. There were literally 8 empty cupboards. Tea bags were replaced daily but were pretty ordinary quality. There is only disgusting non-dairy creamer sachets, no liquid milk, not even UHT jiggers. You can easily buy fresh milk from the local supermarkets and put it in the fridge, but considering how much we were paying for the room I would have thought the amenities would have been a bit better. No ironing board or iron. Good sized room safe. TV reception was average. The hotel did not seem overly busy and lifts took a little time to arrive at the top floor, but not enough to cause concern. Above the wet market across the road is a food hall with an amazing cafeteria style restaurant that is worth a look. Bit serves and probably suited more to a group than a couple. The location was great, Easy walk to the ding-ding trams in Kings Rd and only 2 minutes stroll to the MTR station at North Point. Buses to airport leave from the front of the hotel, as well as local buses .

If there’s one reason why we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it is because of this nice lady named Maria Legaspi who was very accommodating and friendly to their hotel guests. She helped us find where to shop and see safe tourist spots while we where there in HK. She was very accommodating to all our needs when we were checked-in.

The room is really tiny and so is the bathroom. If you are big, this is not the hotel for you. The liquid soap in my bathroom was empty and I had to ask housekeeping to replace it. Overall I am disappointed with this hotel.

When possible, I stay at that place, coz is convenient from the airport: the CityFlyer coach terminus is next to the hotel, (if my memory is OK, it's the A11 coach with free Wi-Fi on board, for 55HKD the return ticket!), and there is an MTR access a few meters away.. For the last trip (early in November), I had a very good feeling, and the hotel stay was just amazing: they make me feel important! In the room, I had water, and a fresh fruits basket, with a plate, knife… The Wi-Fi connection is faster now, and I Don't had to enter name and room number. I got a room at the 29th floor, so, I had a wonderful view of the Hong Kong bay. I wake up to late, thanks to the good bed, and miss the breakfast buffet, but I know it, it’s very good. Also the personal there is polite, smiling and available for any question. I love that place, only one bad point, sometime, it's full booked, so, I've to stay in other place… :o(

Location is good. Very close to North Point MTR. Appreciate the early check in and late check out. Wifi was not good at all. Always disconnect and used my own data which was fine. Already booked another 8 nights in December.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room service is very good. We told the receptionist, the in room safe and the tv remote are not working. In a minute, the maintenance staff knocked on the door, then fixed. How wonderful!

The Ibis North Point is convenient to the MTR and there are a whole bunch of Cha Chaan Tengs next door and down the street across from the North Point Municipal Building. The rooms are small but clean and the service is excellent.
