the staff, especially the cleaning team are tidy and efficient. floor, working table bedding and toilet are clean. however, the pipe smell in the room are disappointing. further, on and off with small flying insect in the toilet. location is perfect. close to the mtr station, food, shopping mall. the lift overweight alarm is silent. not a problem if u stay longer to aware why the door is not closing.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location—it's near the train station, a pharmacy, malls, parks, and several restaurants, making it easy to find and get around. The staff and housekeeping team were approachable and helpful, and we appreciated the generous breakfast portions. One area that could be improved is the accuracy of the room photos on the website. The pictures make the rooms appear much larger and more spacious than they actually are, so the actual room size was a bit disappointing compared to our expectations.

Great stay with excellent service and views I had a pleasant stay at Ibis North Point Hong Kong. The hotel offers a great view, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was small, which is quite common in Hong Kong, but it was comfortable and adequate for a solo traveler. One suggestion would be to provide a luggage rack or stand to keep suitcases, as that would make the room more convenient. I was pleasantly surprised that dental amenities were provided complimentary. In a previous hotel where I stayed, I was charged extra for them, so this was a nice touch and appreciated. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel with excellent service, convenient location, and beautiful views. I would consider staying here again.

Convenient location with easy access to public transportation (both bus and subway). The room is compact, but has everything we need during the stay. Breakfast was nice. Late check-out was also available. I enjoyed the stay a lot!

After checking in, my body became very itchy and my legs were covered in red bumps/spots. Upon inspecting the room, I found small insects on the mattress and on the walls that were causing the bites. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly. I found a snack wrapper with an expiry date of 2022 on the top shelf of the wardrobe. The room was very dirty and completely unhygienic. This is unacceptable for a hotel under the Accor brand. The room was not fit to stay in due to the pest problem and lack of cleanliness. I expect a much higher standard from Ibis/Accor. I request that you urgently investigate this matter, especially your pest control and housekeeping procedures for the room I occupied.

Mould on the bathroom ceilings, you had an earth wire coming out of the wall hooked up to the curtain rail in the shower. Did anyone tell your electrician that water and electricity don't mix? On the first day, there wasn't any water to flush toilets with and the toilets smelt like it had backed up after flushing.
