Need double glazing on windows to cut highway noise, put access lights on a timer as ceiling lights remain on all night and shine through bathroom into bedroom. Need ns are at base of heater.

Pretty clean and warm. Few problems 1 our sliding door between toilet & bathroom was broken and couldn’t close. This problem could not be resolved during our 4 night stay as the handyman only worked once a week 2 the handle of one of the doors opening the laundry was missing. 3 the hairdryer socket kept slipping out of the power point 4 big leak in the stairwell with water dropping from ceiling from day 2 of our stay. It caused stairs to be wet n slippery and because the lights over the stairs were so dim, you had to be very careful to walk up and down the stairs. This leak was already present a year ago when we visited last but not as bad. I reported all this to reception staff.
