I have stayed in many, many different hotels from 1 star to 6 stars. Not one of those has ever called me beforehand to ask my size for bathrobe. This defines quite well the nature or our stay. Only one minus, we had the possibility to stay only one night.

Nice hotel with great location, view and personnel. Hotel WiFi suffers at peak hours and bathroom light is far from great. Hotel room is on the smaller side but nothing bad, overall stay was very nice.

Bathrobe not changed, when you asked reception to proceed, they answer immediately, and you have to go the desk 1h after to get it done. Same with the iron table. Then, when you leave no one is asking you if teh stay was nice and if you have any complaints to make. When I realized that I left behind some belongings, I realized the staff took it, did not called me and when they gave it back to me, they voiced it loudly in the lobby. I was ashamed. Then, I've lost / get stollen my MontBlanc pen when I was on the terrasse. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a pastry and a Gin Tonic etc...
