Nice hotel with great location, view and personnel. Hotel WiFi suffers at peak hours and bathroom light is far from great. Hotel room is on the smaller side but nothing bad, overall stay was very nice.

Bathrobe not changed, when you asked reception to proceed, they answer immediately, and you have to go the desk 1h after to get it done. Same with the iron table. Then, when you leave no one is asking you if teh stay was nice and if you have any complaints to make. When I realized that I left behind some belongings, I realized the staff took it, did not called me and when they gave it back to me, they voiced it loudly in the lobby. I was ashamed. Then, I've lost / get stollen my MontBlanc pen when I was on the terrasse. I had to wait 30 minutes to get a pastry and a Gin Tonic etc...

The room was nicely decorated but seemed much smaller than the 19 sq mtrs advertised. There was very little space to hang or store clothes, and nowhere to put suitcases. Everything else was of an approptiate stardard. The gourmet taster menu was an education, as well as a pleasant gastronomic experience. The staff were knowledgeable about all the dishes that they presented and were charming throughout the 2hrs it took to compete the menu. The atmosphere in the small dining room was made a perfect setting, comfortable and not pretentious. The spa facilites are excellent and well maintained. The small gym is well equipped.
