Regarding the lighting, our rooms are equipped with a card holder located at the entrance, where the room key card needs to be inserted to activate the electricity in the room. However, if the light still did not work after doing so, our reception is open 24/7 and our team would have been happy to assist you immediately. If necessary, we could also have offered you a change of room.
