Need I say more! You are right in the centre of everything. Difficult for hotels today with confinement etc but managed well. Rooms are standard Novotel, clean and comfortable. Only issue for me was that the room was too warm and aircon too noisy. Breakfast a little limited but normal in these times. Overall no issues

All was fine except that the room we were in Didn’t have AC not could one open the window. Front desk was gracious to change rooms but still it was not explained until check out that AC was no longer available because it was the crossover between Summer and fall.

Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive. However the installations lack of maintenance and care. Carpets were old and used with stains, wall with stains, lights not installed... very poor installations for a 4* Hotel also comparing with other Novotel’s in other countries.

The hotel is greatly located in Nimes next to the Arenes and close to the city center. Common areas are a bit outdated and even if there is a fresh coat of paint it is obvious this hotel is not necessarily the freshest. The staff at reception was particularly kind.

Very poor service and the lack of room cleaning unacceptable. I am fed up with Covid 19 being used as an excuse for poor service and basic lack of staff. I would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately highly dissatisfied and disappointed. No housekeeping/ room cleaning provided due to an alleged covid measure. Not informed on my arrival. Sad to see that a chain like Accor is trying to reduce cost at the expense of basic client service without adjusting prices accordingly

Stayed here for 2 nights to see Nimes, the town is beautiful and the hotel is perfectly located to see it on foot, great public transport links too. Only 5 min walk to the train station. Check in was complicated, too many people trying to do so at the same time The room was a nice size, however was not as clean as it should have been. There was no daily clean either, we presume it was Covid related. Breakfast was dealt with efficiently, and they put on a good selection even with the restrictions

Terrible. This hotel is using COVID-19 as an excuse not to perform. I found it not normal. Who decided that hotels stuff, serving breakfast shouldn't be able to speak at least one other language but french? Rooms are UGLY! No closed, bad overly soft beds, no toiletries but cheap shower gel. One complimentary bottle of water for a 2 week stay? Thanks! My night curtains were torn in many places. Conditioning is loud, badly operating. Furniture is old and poor, like in ussr. Stuff is friendly, thou. Breakfast - even in the pandemic: NO HEALTHY FOOD options. No sugar frees. No vegetables, no normal breakfast options, but eggs in gallons or oil, no greens, no non-gluten options. 2 of 10 for the whole stay, only because Ive seen worst. In Siberia.

I was really unhappy with the Novotel Hotel at Nîmes. My family and I are familiar with the Novotel Hotels and were always satisfied with. However this time it’s was simply bad: It’s started with the couch bed which was old and the mattresses highly inconfortable and old my son slept in it two nights and he complainted about it. Morning we wanted to take the famous Novotel breakfast and it was just a disaster. The flow was very poor and even the short list of available meal was quickly not available. When I complained about the poor quality, a short list of available meals the reception and the waiters put this under corona virus restriction. Same for the cleaning rooms frequency, only ones during the whole stay again because of Coronavirus. These justifications are simply ridiculous, we can touch almost everything in the restaurant and i didn’t see any cleaning stuff who désinfecter any shared surfaces, and how could you Lowe the frequency of cleaning in the rooms and shared spaces while it should be in the opposite raised. If the hotel or the want to take advantage of corona virus economic crise to save money, this is a big marketing mistake because the customers will simply run away from low quality and liars. I am doing a tour in France and none of the hotel I visited acts like yours. I highly recommend to change your communication for more sustainability and don’t play with the people’s fears to save money or to make money, this could work at the beginning of the crise but now people know more about the pandemy and the what behind the restrictions, also don’t minimize the customers education, you may have doctors biologists for example who can simply don’t appreciate that you treats your customers as an idiots.

Six day booking. Very chilly arrival. Did not feel too welcome. Told there was no room service. All over the world, this means food and drink delivered to room. This was ok with us. Nothing said about cleaning or linen/towel change. 2 days in, well used towels. Asked for change and was only told then that there was no cleaning or linen change whatsoever. Told we had to ask for everything at the front desk. Not once did anyone vacuum our floor or clean shower or toilet or sink. We used our own antibacterial wipes to clean the toilet. We had to clear our own rubbish. We were told to leave dirty towels and rubbish in the hall. WHAT??? WITH A PANDEMIC RAGING???? The least they could have done was leave bleach/disinfectant spray and some disposable cloths so we could clean ourselves. We are ok with having to help ourselves, especially in these difficult times, but the hotel has to come halfway to help. 6 days in a room with dirty shower, toilet and floors is not nice. We were told this was policy in all hotels now. Not true! A group of younger people arrived (20s 30s). They milled about the public areas quite often, Many of them with no masks on, even though they were mandatory. Staff did nothing, just left them alone. This age group is now the biggest spreaders of COVID-19!! The last day was the worst. There are 2 of us, we are in our late 60s, but not doddery oldies. We are seasoned travellers and have stayed at Accord hotels before. The day was 38 degrees but felt like 40 even in shade as there was no wind. Not good for people our age. We were catching a train at 3pm and asked for a late checkout at 2pm. Not a problem usually. The lady behind the desk was extremely officious and very patronising. I think she was management. She just said “ No, the hotel is full”. Not even sorry sir, It was clearly not full. She then said if we paid €30 euros, we could have the room for 2 hours. So...rooms full one minute, vacant next for a price. Why lie like this?? We gave up, it was not the money, which was nothing, it was the principle. What a disgusting way to treat guests after a 6 night stay with nothing on offer. She could have shown a little humanity for 2 older guests, in such extreme weather conditions. but no. We travel the Paris/Barcelona route many times a year, we always stop in Nimes for a break, it is a lovely city. First time at this hotel, never again. We are certainly not difficult guests, anything but. Was it because we are older? Who knows, but we spend a great deal on travel and hotels every year. This hotel needs to get a grip in this Pandemic time. They need people like us as guests. A little more friendliness and humanity would help a great deal. We travelled on to Paris, stayed at Holiday Inn Gare de Lyon. Great welcome and full cleaning and changeover. Asked for late checkout, was told we could have room till 4pm, no charge. What a difference!! Lovely staff. Take note Atria.

The hotel is very close to the great Arena of Nimes, and an easy walk to the other sites in Centre Ville, such as the Maison Carre. The hotel itself is very well run, and the small and reasonably pleasant rooms are well kept.
