When we went to the room that had been allocated to us, it was clear it hadn't been prepared (the bed wasn't made). However, we were offered an upgrade to a superior room, so that was fine. Like all modern hotels, there was complicated coffee-making equipment but no milk or milk-substitute. But the staff were friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed in our trip to France this time. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Importantly, the room had good facilities with proper soap, shampoo, glasses and tea cups. We feel at home in this hotel.

It was ok, but not amazing for a 4 stars HOTEL. Bed was good, but sofa bed for the kids was just ok. No hairdryer, or iron. The card to keep the light on reminded us the cheap motel in US. Overall, we were not impress at all. If you cannot guaranteed the parking, then it should be stated clearly on the website.

Our rooms have been recently renovated, including the new sofa beds for children, so we are surprised to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the parking, it is indeed non-reservable. If our parking is full, the Arenes parking, located just across the street with six floors, is available as a convenient alternative.
