Novotel Atria Nîmes Centre Hotel 4 stars

I liked the infrastructure and the position of the hotel, personnel is great. Unfortunately bathroom facility was not working, shower was cold and it's a great problem when you get up early. I didn't communicate it directly to the reception because I was in hurry.

Excellent staff and spacious room overlooking square. Rather noisy as corporate party the night I stayed but not the fault of the hotel! Good situation.

The guest relations and staff were great. Attentive and professional. Made us feel welcome. The bed was very comfortable and furnishings good. The room decor seemed worn and old and air quality / air conditioning was not good at all. It made a loud noise and the it was far too hot. This affected the whole family’s sleep.

Sewage water was leaking on the lobby floor. The smell was horrible. We did not have WiFi for several days. Sewage smell was also in the room bathroom sink.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. Customer service was exceptional. Rooms were always well cleaned.

The hotel is near the main tourist attractions. very convenient. The window cover which next to a bath tub should be changed since it is not clean enough. Thanks for arranging a baby cot.

Bedroom was ok, but restaurant was very limited in choice of food at dinner.

Always a good standard at Novotel. Everything was good. Comfortable bed: good shower: excellent breakfast: helpful reception staff: useful and spacious parking garage.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center and is easily found while driving. The entrance ramp to the underground garage is a bit steep and narrow but parking spaces are overall ok. From the garage there is a direct stairs to the lobby but there is no lift, which makes a bit hard to deal with larger luggage. The reception staff was nice and helpful. The room was in Novotel's normal quality, clean and fresh. Breakfast bar was good and having a satisfying selection of foods.

Our time at your hotel was fair, not great and not the worst. The room was kind of dingy, rug was dirty, shower was moldy. No one was all that friendly except the person who brought our food to our room.
