It was ok, but not amazing for a 4 stars HOTEL. Bed was good, but sofa bed for the kids was just ok. No hairdryer, or iron. The card to keep the light on reminded us the cheap motel in US. Overall, we were not impress at all. If you cannot guaranteed the parking, then it should be stated clearly on the website.

Our rooms have been recently renovated, including the new sofa beds for children, so we are surprised to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the parking, it is indeed non-reservable. If our parking is full, the Arenes parking, located just across the street with six floors, is available as a convenient alternative. Nice hotel, recently renovated. Nice and large room (614). Clean, in house parking. Excellent breakfast but average restaurant with terrible tables, especially when one is a little taller. Tables are either too narrow between the feet, or way too low.
