Stayed one night here enroute through France. Parking easy to find and easy to park in with plenty of spaces. No lift to reception was tricky but check in and stay were great. Special thanks to the lady at the bar who served us at 10:15 - she was lovely.

overall great stay but unfortunately the "thinner" pillows are still hard and too thick for people sleeping face down. as consequence I had a a very average night and woke up with quite a sore neck. in Accor Group the Ibis usually carry a thinner pillow in the dressing section and they work perfectly

I wish we had booked more than one night for our stay in Nîmes. The hotel lobby was gorgeous, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was exactly what we needed. The location of this hotel can’t be beat; very close to the train station and steps away from the coliseum.

Perfect location in Nimes, within easy walking distance to the train station, the arenes and food (stores and restaurants). The hotel lobby and the room were refreshingly cool, which was a treat considering how warm the weather was (low 100s). The hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. Everything revolves around front desk reception. On arrival the male receptionist was charming and very helpful regarding music at the Festival which proved to be beneficial to my business. However the following day the assistance received from Fency was 'exceptionelle.' Both of your front desk staff were excellent but Fency is what makes hotel service stand out from the rest. I have travelled and stayed in executive and five star hotels for years and she is without doubt way up there amongst the best. The hotel was busy, but if I were to make any negative comments they would be directed at the dining facilities. It wasn't possible to sit anywhere on ground floor without being blasted by a)the volume of music b) the choice of music. It's my business and loud rock is not required where the public need to be speaking. That's all, I look forward to staying again. One final thing: whatever you are paying Fency - double it, she is more than worth it.

I’ve stayed at this Novotel hotel in Nîmes for six nights every two months, and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, and the cleanliness of the hotel is truly top-notch. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and happy to offer great advice. The restaurant also stands out, with excellent service, special thanks to Sébastien 😊 and not to forget consistently good food. I will always return to this hotel whenever I visit Nîmes.
