Todo estuvo bastante bien. Fuimos de paso, alojamiento una noche y visitar la zona en dos días. Muy bien en el hotel y el servicio. El aparcamiento, descubierto, cerrado en el hotel a precio normal, sin abusos. Recomendable alojarse en este hotel, si buscas algo de este estilo en la zona.

Relaxed, friendly and helpful staff and quiet room/other clients. Comfortable ambient temperature in the room, so I didn't need A/C on, which was preferable. My dietary restrictions didn't allow me to make use of the included breakfast. Enough variety in the nearby supermarkets and restaurants, and not far from the historic old town.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Although the full menu is only available from 7pm to 11pm, we also offer a small selection outside these hours. We would also like to inform you that our bar is open 24 hours a day if you would like to have a coffee or tea. Regarding the ALL member recognition, unfortunately at ibis we do not have dedicated reception services, so we apologise if you had to wait to check-in after other guests who arrived before, even if the online check-in was done.
