renovations taking place so no bar and no reception area to sit with our dog. Luckily no one in cafe area so were able to sit with him for dinner but didn't stay to breakfast as no place for us to sit.

Stopped for a night as half way from Santander to Alicante. Large comfortable rooms, great for the dogs. Good value with breakfast included. Should be great once the development work is complete looking at the plans.

Was solo traveller on motorcycle, booked hotel as was convenient with excellent parking, comfortable bed, clean room, good snacks and drinks at bar, reasonably priced, breakfast was also of good quality, the only negative was the disturbance by some noisy guests returning late to their rooms.

The experience at the above hotel was very good, mainly because when I booked the hotel, I was given the wrong address and ended up at an Ibis Hotel in Madrid at 3 in the morning but apparently the address I was given was for a Ibis hotel,with the same name but 19 minutes away from the one I had booked. There was no way of me knowing until I walked into the wrong hotel, with what appeared to be the one I had booked from the address details I was given. The good bit was that when I arrived at 3.30 in the morning I was told that we could stay for longer before we checked out, we were exhausted and was so grateful to be offered the opportunity to have a little more sleep.

No A/C in room. Room very warm. Phone did not work to call desk.

Just tolerable. Room was hot. No way to cool it down except for opening window which only opened a few inches. Couldn't call desk as phone in room didn't work. Very late so did not walk to desk. Had an early flight. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Will not stay at this location again.

From walking through the door we were made welcome. The reception was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and tidy. The evening snack was enjoyable and delivered by a member of staff. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choices.check out very easy.

Very pleasant all around. Helpful staff; efficient rooms with everything you need- comfortable beds, desk, good lighting, big bathroom, closet with luggage rack; easy access via taxi to town or university; nice breakfast, wine bar at night; dog friendly; fairly quiet and calm at all times.

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Reasonably priced drinks in the bar. One problem is the food on offer in the evening. Very poor quality pre-packaged meals reheated. Unfortunately as I was travelling with a pet I was not able to go to other restaurants nearby so had little choice but to eat in the hotel. Next time I will bring sandwiches.

Very unwelcoming..second stay first stay was fine .....no welcome drink really no interest in having customers there .....I have another buissiness trip shortly ...hope prices aren't hiked up again just because there was a football game in the area ....hotel was empty but prices were silly I needed a room for 4 more days but was told Saturday was nearly treble money because of a game so I moved into town many thanks paul
