Room bunk was dirty, strong smell of cigarette smoke and no hand soap in the bathroom

I don't mind thes kind of hotels. When you are on the road and you need a bed, there's a bed. But there is a minimum of what I expect and this hotel didn't make that minimum. If I book for four people I expect four made beds. Not three plus one 'do it yourself'. Especially when you arrive late. The beds were fine. Everything else was bad. It wasn't clean, everything was loose and old. The flush button on the toilet came off the wall. I know Ibis is a budget brand but it generale better than this. People were friendly. If you need a bed, there's a bed but nothing more.
