The standard of your rooms and food was adequate considering the quality and price structure of your hotel. However, the two staff who you used in the evening. Valerie and the boy in a white shirt Need to have some instruction and customer service, i.e. neither of them smiled and need to be taught how to actually serve plates of food with style and cheerful mannerism.
