Staff were welcoming and spoke good English. Hotel was fine for a one night stay. There were cobwebs above the light fitting, which is why I have downgrade my rating. Other than that the room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Food was adequate

It is very nice that Ibis-Albert offers food even if you arrive as late as 21:00. It is one of the strongest points for me. There was only one problem: the toilet doesn't flush sufficiently. Some maintenance is required here.

We arrived at night, the staff logged us in, we went upstairs to our rooms. The rooms are functional, there were only 2 shirt hangers, but there was everything there except, a kettle and drinks. No night safe or secure lockable box for passports or other valuables.

A good stay but could’ve been better, room is okay though the bathroom light was flickering. We asked if it could be fixed. Nothing could be done. We was offered another room but I was able to use a piece of my clothing to cover the light and the door was hanging partially off the hinges, make it very noisy in the night when your partner is asleep. If I stay again, yes I would.
