Staff very helpful at reception but my mistake overbooked one night and no refund allowed. Hotel little too far away from buses for us oldies. Overall pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. The room was good size and clean. Liked that I could open the window and that it was quiet. Well located, close to tube. The only maybe negative note was the cheap halloween decorations.

I have been there for two days for work on 8- 9 October. The staff from the reception to the lady at the breakfast was extremely welcoming. Rooms are perfectly clean. I will come back!
