I realy enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thé staff was welcoming and available even at ought jours. I equally enjoyed the pressed orange juice during breakfast and the room was clean.

i had bad experience with the elevator, stocked for more than one hour, and if need a coffee or tea, no phone I have to go from 6th floor to ground floor and back every time, no water even at the room!!

The location is the best aspect of the hotel being very close to the train station and the town centre. Being the IBIS "Styles" brand I was disappointed with the standard of the hotel and the room we stayed in. Examples: very small lift - made us happy we were only on the second floor, and the bathroom had no air extraction so the room remained wet for a long time after taking showers. In summary, needs upgrading to achieve what I have previously experienced with a IBIS Styles hotel and meet my expectations.
