My stay was very satisfactory except there was no receptionist when I arrived at 1pm. The entrance lobby is under renovation and not in good shape. Breakfast is great. My room TV did not work and no engineers to fix it on Sunday.

I would say negative because they were not helpful and cooperative since the very beginning. I would cite the name of Adrien, who acted like the chief.
