The room was fine but I won't be staying here again and have recommended to my company that we do not book people at this location. I requested the ability to change location as I had concerns about safety as a single female where I was unable to leave the hotel at night because of safety concerns due to the types of people hanging around. There were no clear instructions on which doors to use from the train station to get to the hotel, where one of the doors leads out to street gangs, and I was informed that it was on the border of the red light district which was not published anywhere. I was deeply disappointed that neither myself nor booking.com were able to get hold of the hotel manager and I'd simply received a notification from the front of staff that he would not accommodate a change. I think when it comes to safety, especially if the client is willing to change to a more expensive hotel to secure this, your hotel should oblige.

My stay was very satisfactory except there was no receptionist when I arrived at 1pm. The entrance lobby is under renovation and not in good shape. Breakfast is great. My room TV did not work and no engineers to fix it on Sunday.
