Location was good for the work I had to to, and that is the only good thing about this hotel. I was in room 102. Once I went up- I noticed that the door was very hard to open, and once inside it would not close, I had to keep it locked at all times. Later a noticed a crack along the plate, below the latch. The room stank from the pipes in the shower- badly. The piping in the hotel seems very bad, every time someone flushed or even washed their hands above I knew 'loud and clear'. There is bright blue light on the outside of the building, in front of the window, that can not be blocked by the curtains...

Good location but asked for a double bed room but it was 2 single mattresses pushed together. When we got there the room was smelling of smoke and the curtain has cigarette holes on them. Requested 2 new towels twice and they have gave us just 1 towel.

The hotel is not far from the city center, and the room and bathroom were very nice. However, it was a pity that the third bed wasn't made, and we had to put on the sheets and duvet ourselves! This is a serious oversight. Breakfast was too expensive, 19 euros each.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was very comfortable and cozy. The value for money is absolutely excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Nona is an asset to your hotel. The upgraded room into the corner room was awesome . Great location, very central. And I loved how you had water containers that we could fill with water at the lobby 👏🏻👏🏻 And how we could use the gym at Mercure next door

The room was ok but we could not open the window because of the noise outside. The bathroom was nicely decorated. The staff was very good and helpful and the decoration nice too. The most valuable aspects of the hotel are its location and the room rate

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. However we booked a queen bed but the mattress was two twin instead of one queen mattress. Room was ok. Did not get any gold membership benefit here.

Perfection location for everything. However, the bed was uncomfortable, room was smaller than expected, no room to walk, in the morning there was no steaming hot water but there is in the evening. The room is not cleaned unless you requested the day before. No ‘do not disturb’ room signs. Incorrect room given unpin check in.

Ibis sign is hardly visible from the street. Communication was kind and correct. Service was appropriate with comfortable room. Street was somewhat noisy in morning due to some works.

Sadly amoung one of the worst accor hotels i have stayed at. Little things not given attention - i was not given wifi when i checked in, i was not given my free drink voucher when i checked in. I was not welcomed nor acknowledged as a gold member. I was most annoyed about not being given a late check out at the time i requested. The coffee machines were often not working and twice flies ended up in my coffee as they are flying around the machine. The bed and mattress felt like an air bed

Good location and nice view from the window but it's pretty much all good things I can say about this hotel. No room service, no changing towels, no cleaning, the breakfast experience is very bad since there was no eggs in any form at some point and there was too few options to choose from and it was like 8:40 am already. Don't recommend to anyone to be honest
