The hotel is well located, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms are nice and clean. However, there is only one small lift that fits no more than three people, which often results in longer waiting times, unless you choose to use the stairs. The hotel also seemed to be undergoing some refurbishment during my stay, so there were quite a few items around the hallway.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. Lift too cramped and despite that they provided a room with a nice view of the city, this doesn't compensate the lack of amenities inside the room. I understand that it is normal not to have water kettle in the room, so they provide free hot water from their coffee vending machine. But staying in a room during winter time where the room heater always resets and won't continuously work all day, you might find yourself freezing. Also the bathroom has no heater at all, hence you will be freezing after taking a warm bath right away. Hotel reception also shows disinterest in helping when I asked for something I left in the room after I checked out and said that the housekeeping has already left so i need to check again tomorrow. when i checked the following day, the people from the reception doesn't have any idea that I has asked help from yesterday. good thing the gentleman was kind enough to check it for me. lo and behold the item that i left in the room is still in there after 24 hrs which the reception lady could have bothered to check rather than not showing any interest to help.

I wass very cold in the room and the mattress was dirty. The breakfast was cold and not very tasty.
