The hotel was renovating which was not mentioned when I booked. You had to check in at another building. And everything you needed you had to go to the other hotel. There was nothing in the room no kettle tea iron nothing. You could get free coffee and tea all you had to do is get fully dressed wait 20min for the elevator that fit 4 and leave the hotel walk a few minutes to the other building and then walk all the way back to wait on the elevator again for 20min if you were lucky

We'd like to let you know that Hotel Siru is currently in the final stages of its transformation into an ibis Styles property. Some of the inconveniences you may have experienced are directly related to this renovation period, which is now nearing completion. The hotel already offers access to a gym (fee applies), a bar open several evenings a week, and a breakfast area with complimentary self-service coffee available throughout the day. We are also actively working to finalize our internal procedures to improve service quality at every stage of our guests' stay. I don't even know where to start describing it, so I'll begin with the horrible smell in the building—it stank in the hallway and it stank in the room; eventually, even my belongings started to smell. I asked them to clean the room, but they didn’t. But most of all, I had booked the Ibis Hotel, only to arrive there and find out that it no longer existed and that they were putting me in the Hotel Siru, which—rightly so—had terrible reviews. Don’t stay at this hotel—you’ll waste a lot of money for nothing. It’s terrible. Unpleasant and unfriendly staff, who seem almost annoyed when asked for information

Since the hotel is under maintenance, the reception is not available. We had to use the reception at the Mercure Hotel, located near the Siru Hotel. However, the directions were not clear, and we were lucky to meet an employee who provided us with the necessary information. The room initially assigned to us had an issue with a window, but the receptionist at the Mercure Hotel assisted us and arranged a room change. The new room was very cold, but the reception staff kindly provided a heater. Overall, the hotel appears to be in a somewhat abandoned state. Fortunately, the staff at the Mercure Hotel were very helpful and kind. Our recommendation is to keep the hotel closed and reopen it only once the maintenance work has been fully completed.
