However, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The delay in addressing the climate control system in your room was not representative of our usual service standards. Our maintenance team has been notified to ensure such situations are handled more promptly in the future. While we offered a portable cooling unit as an interim solution, we acknowledge this did not provide the comfort you deserved. We hope to provide you with a more enjoyable stay in the future. However, we are sorry that your recent experience did not meet your expectations fully. Feedback regarding the quality, value, comfort and cleanliness is invaluable, especially as we are currently undergoing a complete renovation of our hotel until October 2025. During this time, we aim to limit disruptions, however, we understand that some aspects may not reflect the standards we wish to provide. Es freut uns besonders, dass unser vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot und die herzliche Betreuung durch unser Team einen bleibenden positiven Eindruck hinterlassen haben. Unser Buffet mit regionalen Spezialitäten und der Service am Morgen liegen uns sehr am Herzen. Allerdings bedauern wir die Unannehmlichkeiten durch die aktuellen Renovierungsarbeiten, die leider vorübergehend Zugangsbeschränkungen und Einschränkungen bei der Zimmernutzung mit sich bringen. Gerne weisen wir künftig deutlicher auf diese temporären Maßnahmen hin, die der Modernisierung unserer Räumlichkeiten dienen. Bezüglich des Handtuchwechsels möchten wir anmerken, dass dieser in der Regel nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch erfolgt. In Ihrem Fall werden wir unsere internen Abläufe überprüfen. Abschließend hoffen wir, Sie konnten die zentrale Lage unserer Unterkunft mit der exzellenten Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr für Ihre Erkundungstouren nutzen.
