This is a very practical hotel, please keep your expectations moderate yet be certain that their staffs are very helpful and professional. I love mercure standards but this hotel has a room for improvement

Noise from other guests on the top floor above my room was an isss. I stayed at room 232, and got woken up at midnight by alot of commotion on the upper floor

I chose to stay here because it's an Accor hotel, but I was very disappointed. The overall experience was far below the standard of the Mercure hotels I've stayed at before.

Always happy to come to Hotel Colonies. The room was comfortable but the light was rather too low. The bath tub was small and for people with difficulties would not have been too accessible. It was cumbersome to get in and out of the bath tub.
