The elevator was not working and had to carry bags 2 floors up without any offer to help from the staff, the room was supposed to be twin as confirmed by the reception but it was not - there was only one big bed in the room. The hotel in general is under construction and they should pay people to stay there not the other way around!

First of all, I was not aware that the hotel was under renovation. No kettle and phone in the rooms. Why give rooms that are not not fully ready? The newly renovated room was nice but who the hell designed that bathroom! I'm 1m60 and when seating on the toilet my knees were banging in the furniture! The breakfast was really nice.
