Always happy to come to Hotel Colonies. The room was comfortable but the light was rather too low. The bath tub was small and for people with difficulties would not have been too accessible. It was cumbersome to get in and out of the bath tub.

had an awful night, the room stank of paint and was freezing cold, there was only a small plug-in heater which i could not leave on all night, the room had a connecting door with absolutely no sound proofing, the person next door walked in at 11:30 and spoke on the phone waking me up until past midnight and could hear him as if he was in my room, there was no phone to speak to reception, had to get up, get dressed and go downstairs, on my way up the key to the doors connecting the buildings did not work, had to go down to reception again, this happened twice and then got to my room exhausted well past after midnight.

The hotel room was a disappointment due to several shortcomings. The lighting throughout the room was extremely poor, making it difficult to feel comfortable or even accomplish basic tasks during the stay. To make matters worse, no water was provided in the room—an amenity expected as standard—and there were no additional amenities of any kind. The size of the room was uncomfortably small, compounding the sense of discomfort and constriction. Another major letdown was the color of the room/bathroom, which featured a black wall and black cupboards that felt depressing and contributed to an overall dreary atmosphere. The lighting in the room/bathroom was also insufficient, enhancing the sense of gloom and making personal care tasks challenging

Experience was good, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Just the reality is that the hotel is getting outdated. The shower walls are not well mounted and fall. Little framing work should take care of it.

Very old hotel, doesn’t look like the photos or any other Accor hotel. Couldn’t believe it was the right place where I had to stay
