It was a good stay - located in a good place within Brussels, easy to get around with the metro station Rogier right next to the hotel. The hotel itself was small but clean, part of the hotel was undergoing renovations which made it slightly unpleasant as an overall experience however no significant disturbance to the peace during my stay here. Hotel room was small but newly designed and clean, suitable for a short stay.

Hi. There are a few things to mention. Check in time is 3 pm, and at 3 pm two if the staff finished their workinge hours and one chap was left on his own. I think you need maximum staff at check in time. The one guy was very helpful, and assisted me at the bar. The water machine was broken for all 4 days of my stay. I think the hair dryer in room 450 needs to be checked, if did not work on my last day. On my last day on Saturday, I had to leave early, so I was at breakfast at 7 am, but breakfast was late and food was not ready until 10 minutes later. Overall the hotel was excellent, and I had a nice stay.

Regarding breakfast, we apologize that the buffet was not fully ready at 7:00 am on Saturday. We understand that this was particularly inconvenient given your early departure. I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the price-to-value ratio is perfect. The location is ideal, and the room size along with the provided amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated their WhatsApp support system, which was very convenient. The staff was highly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The internet speed was good, and the air conditioning performance was fully satisfactory. Overall, a highly recommended place for a comfortable stay.
