The location is good, and the staff was very cooperative and helpful. The hotel was quiet. My only concern was the internet connection; it was not fast.

Late-night arrival was disorganised. The duplex for one had two single beds made in the living and dining room, and had the look of a storeroom. Proposed alternatives were small, or with wrong bed. Original room was restored the following day. Breakfast service quite average, despite its high price. The impression was of a hotel in the course of major refurbishing. Not normal Mercure level. However, staff was helpful.

Everything was fine during my stay. I think the hotel is better than the reviews I had read previously. It is easy to reach from the airport (just one stop), and the city center is also not far away. I really liked the look of the bar, the breakfast area, and the lobby. The room was perfectly fine and in line with what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
