I stayed many times in Hotel Progress in the past. I know that the hotel was under construction. When I reserved a room I was hoping to be on the renovated old Progess site. My room was in the Kolonien Hotel, room was new but outside the room it was old and not always clean. I understand that during renovations experience is not as it should, that's why I preferred to stay in the old Progess site. Your staff is excellent, helpful, very friendly, and always with a big smile.
