TV broken, wifi broken, bar closed, other guests in my room, exposed electricity in the room, light switches did not work. I did mail the hotel and hotel manager and got no response.

The hotel Progress was under renovation and a lot of things were not in place. No side tables by the bed, just two hangers in the closet that I couldn't reach -very high up-, no tea kettle for a cup of tea. I had to ask for some of them. No bench to put the luggage on, no amenities in the bathroom, poor breakfast. I am a customer since 2015. Used to be a much pleasanter place to stay. But I still like the location and I hope things will improve.
