Advertise a Roof Top bar. Being close to the Eiffel Tower I figured it would be a great place to view the Eiffel Tower. Made a date to meet some fellow tourist's there for drinks. Went to the 11th floor no entrance to Roof Top Bar same on 10th floor. Told different explanations as to why we were unable to find it, 1: Being remodeled. 2. Closed except for holidays. Neither explains why their was no door to the roof top bar.

My brother, niece, and I spent 8 wonderful nights at the Pullman (May 31 - June 8). We had a deluxe room on the 6th floor with a balcony which had the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. We were very close to a metro station and a train station, a cute little neighborhood bakery, several restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Firstly, the reception is badly managed and overcrowded with rude staff. The hotel lifts are never working and one find themselves waiting forever (never experienced so bad situation and I travel a lot) and once it appears it can take only 4 people due to the issue with the weight. The room was dirty, dust wasn't cleaned for a long time, half broken holders in the bathroom which were health and safety hazard. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Cleaners touch my stuff which resulted to not allowing them to come in. Bath is also a safety hazard, very slippery and water does not flow warm for long time.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel (Room 907, June 5-6). For a luxury property charging over 6,000 RMB/night, the experience was unacceptable due to multiple severe failures: 1. Serious Hygiene Issues: The ceiling and lights were infested with flying insects, and the room's electric kettle was heavily rusted and stained at the bottom. 2. Privacy & Safety Breach: While my girlfriend and I were inside the room, a housekeeping staff member unexpectedly unlocked and walked into our room to change sheets, showing gross negligence in room status management. 3. Repeated Key Failures: Our room key failed consecutively twice, forcing us to waste time running back and forth to the front desk. 4. Noise Disturbance: There was a loud, disruptive electric drilling noise in the afternoon of our check-in, completely ruining our rest with zero prior notice. I request an immediate and thorough investigation into these matters. I look forward to a prompt explanation and a proper resolution from the management regarding how these operational and sanitary failures will be addressed.
