Nice address for people who like to golf. Friendly staff, restaurant/bar with great view on the golf course. Two very nice 18h courses. Hotel is renovated and well equipped (spa with pool and hammam)

This was my 6th visit to a Cabot property (5 times at Cape Breton) and took the trip to see France along with golf. I have seen how Cabot builds up their properties and I understand it will take several years to bring it up to the level of the others. Some items to work on, NO bathrooms on the golf courses (ladies complained) Communicating with too many different staff by email when booking and seeking information Better trained staff in the pro shop Strict rule about allowing to take only 5 tees at pro shop seems a little silly considering there are 18 holes Wooden pencils for score cards were treated like gold and kept behind the desk and had to ask for one. Staff in the dining room and bar could have been more attentive. Had dinner in the restaurant once and chose to eat elsewhere after that. Spa was excellent. Front desk Florent was extremely helpful and professional. Rooms clean and nice bedding. Great buffet breakfast. Overall I'm a huge fan of Cabot and look forward to returning in about 5 years.
