As my wife and I are elderly, we sent 2 emails explaining this and requesting a ground floor room but we did not receive a reply. This caused us some stress. We did receive a ground floor room confirmation beforehand would have been bice

Hotel is nice and clean, in excellent condition. Comfortable bed. But I arrived on a Monday when most restaurants are closed. Hotel offered two choices for delivery of food but minimum order for one person is too expensive and too much. just one point, no bin in my room.

Not many gluten free options for breakfast (not even bread) The receptionist at 18h was not really kind. He did nit even smile, and told us that our checkian wolf dog must wear muzzle, despite there is nothing stated neitherin your website nor the booking confirmation. I asked him the reason why but he simply said that these were the hotel rules.

Clean, my bath towels changed daily, efficient shower. Adequate for a short stay. Reception desk hum.. so so. I very much missed not having a small KETTLE in the room
