Me and my friend stayed at the hotel. The shower was in the middle of the room, with no walls whatsoever. There was hair in the sink and on the toilet. Floor was dirty in the room.

Good point is that the breakfast and the location were good, and the price was fair. However we had some disappointments as well: in the first room, looking under the mattresses, we had to face with dirt, hairs and black stains on the surface under the bunkbed's mattress; it was either mold or bedbug traces, anyway we've asked an other room - what we got immediately (good point!). In the 2nd room the situation was better, however clear traces of old mold was detectable as well. Other negative surprises we had was our fault, we didn't pay enough attention of the details : like the parking site which wasn't included in the price (on booking it was a bit hidden) and there was 2 kind of refurbishment on the pictures, we've got - I guess - the old one, where the shower is not separated from the room, only with some glass and the toilet door is not closable (not to mention any locking option). On the pictures these are "smartly" hidden as well. So no privacy at all. We have some experience with Ibis Budget - mainly in France - but we never had that kind of space distribution before, so it was surprising, we shall investigate a little bit more next time and shall not trust on our previous experiences totally. I guess the A/C wasn't very effective, because it was the hottest day in Vienna so far, I just mention it, but it wasn't the cause of my underscoring of the NPS.

Your hotel is absolutely terrible — honestly, you would be better off shutting it down. Two days after I checked in, the bathroom drain became blocked and started bringing up disgusting waste and filth. After spending the entire day at work, I had to return to the hotel and move all of my luggage at 10:30 p.m., simply because a note had been left on my door telling me to go to reception and collect the key to another room. In the new room, I killed two large cockroaches, one of which crawled on me while I was sleeping. The entire experience was appalling. I decided not to leave a negative review online because your hotel is already bad enough without my help. For the same price, there are hotels nearby that are a hundred times better. I would never stay at your hotel again, even if you paid me to do so.

Location is good; 500m away from metro stations. Some restaurants are located nearby. Danube Bridge is located not too far. Reception and it's staffs are good. Very small room with basic facilities (no toiletries). Neat and clean though room was not that cold during summer; A/C was not working.
