Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pillows small and flat, the shower in the room was not ideal for a family of 3, we had to keep leaving the room so my son could shower. Lots of school groups were here, and it was very noisy at night and early morning. Breakfast seemed chaotic, we ate breakfast in the Ibis next door which was far better. Bar next door was also good, friendly bar man and nice pizza. Location was ideal. I'd come here again but stay in the Ibis next door.
