The place is quiet and close from the airport, the only problem was the elevator at the time was not working.

I think everything about the hotel is really good except the location. I travel alone with a dog who needs to be walked. It’s not something you can change and it’s a pity as the staff, the food, the room- are perfect. It won’t prevent me from staying in your hotels again, I love that they are so dog friendly. I just need to find a hotel in a neighbourhood which is more friendly to me and my dog.

Staff very friendly and helpful, my french isn't great but they all spoke english, enough for us to understand ourselves. Breakfast was very good with fresh product's like fruit croissants, bread and cakes ;)

We selected this hotel due to its location and we were really pleased with our experience. Most of the staff were friendly and professional; the room, albeit small, was clean and comfortable; and the bar and restaurant were absolutely fine. Also, there was plenty of parking spaces. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Expensive room for what I got. No coffee making facilities in the room which was stated in the booking there was. Forced into buying from them. After paying 150€ for the room I thought this was cheeky. Staff were unhelpful.

Enjoyed our quick and easy stay. Free parking and easy check-in were very helpful. We most appreciated being emailed when we left an item in the room after checking out. The reception held on to it for a week, and we were able to collect it later.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel itself has a stylish dinning & bar area. It is located in a commercial area with no dinning options outside the hotel nearby but I chose it because it has free parking and is walking distance to a tram stop with a short direct journey into the centre of Nantes.

Un bel hôtel, déco très tendance, propre, facilite la nuit avant de prendre l avion à 7h. Petit déjeuner possible même à 4h ( dommage de ne pas nous l avoir dit à l arrivée). Chambre familiale spacieuse. Calme.
