Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our restaurant, found the bed comfortable, and appreciated the breakfast. However, we are sincerely sorry that your stay was affected by several issues. Please accept our apologies for the condition of the first room you were assigned. This is clearly not the level of cleanliness we strive to provide, and we understand your disappointment. We are glad we were able to offer you another room, but we regret that the inconvenience impacted your experience. We have also noted your comment regarding the slow sink drainage and will ensure it is addressed by our maintenance team. Regarding the roadworks, we understand how frustrating they can be. Unfortunately, these works are beyond our control, but we appreciate that they made access to and from the hotel more complicated during your stay. Thank you once again for your valuable comments.
