Saint-Dizier, capital of cast-iron art. Saint-Dizier offers a first-hand look at how the craft of ornamental cast iron has adapted to meet the needs of a modern city. Miko ice cream helped put Saint-Dizier on the map. Miko's famous tower, on the canal between Champagne and Burgundy, now houses a multiplex cinema. An exhibit on epic MIKO is on the upper level.
