room not very clean, air on the floor, toilets full of calcium. To have a bit of cool air, you need to increase temperature. Not possible to have fresh bottle of sparking water. Breakfast buffet nearly empty at 7h30.

Good location, a friendly welcome from Elisabeth, who explained the parking. The room was large, well appointed, a view over Les Halles. A comfortable, king size, bed and a good shower. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Thank you.

Hôtel agréable, bien situé par rapport à la gare et aux activités estivales. Accueil très satisfaisant, prix correct pour la prestation. Seul petit bémol : il faisait 15 degrés dehors avec un temps pluvieux et dans la chambre impossible d’arrêter la climatisation; il faisait donc un peu frais à l’intérieur.

La seule raison que je reviens à cet hôtel, c'est le personnel qui est toujours très sympa avec moi, l'hôtel est vraiment dans un état fatigué et il est grand temps de faire une rénovation. J'ai la chance d'y aller régulièrement. Donc le personnel sait où me mettre, car il y a des chambres qui sentent affreux, même dans le couloir, on sent les odeurs. C'est impressionnant que le propriétaire ou les actionnaires ne font pas quelque chose pour améliorer la situation de travail pour les pauvres salariés !
