Because of illness I could not travel on the date for which I had booked. On trying to change the date of my stay till the 7th of October I found it impossible to do so. My email to Ibis Verdun could not be delivered. Phoning nobody answered. Awful service. Will not use again.

Dear Customer. We are sorry to learn that you were unable to stay with us due to illness. However your reservation was made by PREPAYMENT, cancellation and modification is not possible for this type of booking this has been stipulated in the closing of your reservation by internet. We are sorry that you could not speak with us however our reception opens these doors from 16:00 to 21:00 . Best regards, Alicia.

Room one widow shade filled with insects In Room two the adjacent rooms filled with people smoking in rooms and at least 12 people in corridor smoking ad well as smoking at open exit door and in vans below in the parking area Wet laundry hanging on exit stairway railings to dry with doors propped open

Dear Customer. We are sorry to hear that your stay has not been up to your expectations. We are sorry to learn that the customers who stayed with us for the harvest was not respectful respecting not to smoke in public places, we have several times ask them to be quieter and not smoke in the hotel as well as not extend their linens. The room smelled like a cigarette ashtray. We arrived after 11pm, so there was no one to even speak with to get a new room. So we simply slept there. All of our clothes smells like smoke now.

Loud. Noise from surrounding of the comercial businesses arroznd. The room outdated. Needs repairs und fixes. Nice and friendly staff. Ok breakfast.
