The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The AC was great. All the staff members i talked to were friendly, especially the staff for the breakfast.

It is a used and abused hotel. It needs a refresh. For the management: drinking vending machines which only accept coins is so 1980 !!!! We are in 2026 where we use bank/credit card and contactless payment.

We were grateful for the air conditioning as we stayed on a hot weekend. A lovely grocery store is a short walk away, grand frais. The breakfast attendant was rather rude to my husband. We stayed in two separate rooms and with the language barrier, she thought my husband was taking advantage the breakfast which we had paid for when he went down with 2 of our children after my other child an I had left. It's ibis so the rooms are simple and basic but it was clean and the cooler temp was welcomed

The rooms are clean, the beds are good and the breakfast is more than sufficient. One small issue is the fact that there is no central area which is open in the evening if you want to sit with a group of people. Why was the breakfast location blocked for the half?

Seit nunmehr 8 Jahren buche ich dieses Hotel wenn ich Verdun besuche. Und ich bin in den Jahren nie enttäuscht worden. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hôtel correcte pour une ou deux nuits mais pas plus. Beaucoup de bruit (mur très fin, canalisation bruyante, fenêtre très peu isolée). Propreté correcte malgré pas mal d'araignées avec leurs toiles au plafond et les murs poussiéreux. C'était notre deuxième fois chez vous et je pense la dernière.

Notre réception ouvre ces portes de 16h00 à 21h00 c'est pourquoi nous avons a disposition un distributeur automatique de chambre afin que vous puissiez prendre vos chambre en dehors de ces horaires.
