You need to have an area for smokers away from the hotel. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke by the front entrance and also in the room from people smoking at the back of the hotel outside the restaurant. This happened during the night as well. You need to remove the ash trays from the tables outside the restaurant and have an area well away from the hotel and hotel room windows

We appreciate your review. Providing a fresh and clean environment is a priority for us. We will evaluate the position of the outdoor tables and ashtrays to keep smoke away from the building. Thank you for helping us improve our guest experience.

Well placed near the motorway, and a short walk to Buffalo Grill or other eateries, but… the bathroom wasnt particularly clean with that pink sludgy mould in the shower, the whole floor was ‘disturbingly sticky’. The breakfast is less than basic even for a cheap hotel, we went in at about 06.20, breakfast started at 06.00 yet the yogurts were warm, like, fully warm as if got out the night before or something. Fruit salad empty and not refilled, and people touching all the pastries (too many people don’t do consideration and clean hands) felt a bit queasy and left hungry. I’ll try the other hotel across the road next time.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm really sorry the room felt 'sticky' and the breakfast wasn't fresh—that’s not okay. We’re working on these points right now to make sure the next guest has a better morning than you did. Safe travels, and hopefully see you again!
