Good - only negative point : the floor of the room was really dirty - as if no vacuumcleaner was used

Great location near convenient retail park and just off motorway but doesn’t have a few of the basics despite budget friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad our location was convenient, but we sincerely apologize for the issues with the hot water, pillows, and air conditioning. The hot water problem was caused by a brief boiler issue that lasted about two hours, which has now been fully resolved.
