Stopover stay. No air-con so room was hot. Not even a glass for a drink of water.

We have stayed here often but there were some niggly issues this time. Only one pillow that was too small, more like a cushion than a pillow. Window blind would not stay shut. Bathroom extractor fan not working.

This is the 3rd year in a row that I've stayed here on way to the Alps. This time travelling with my wife we both had a great night's sleep and was Very comfortable. The young man who was at the reception went above and beyond to help. Even offering me a bottle of water..for free. So thank you. Rooms were very clean as usual.

We love this hotel. We have been staying in this hotel twice a year since it opened in 2017. We have always had great rooms, clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast. This time we are really disappointed with the rooms. The lights falling down, a hole in the wall badly filled in and the bathroom tap not fixed. Our stay was much more expensive than we have ever paid at the same time of year every year.

Have stayed a number of times in the past, as a convenient stopping off point on a long journey. Easy to locate from Autoroutes. Relatively new building but needs some minor maintenance work - scuffed paintwork, stained WC, etc. Pleasant and helpful staff. Other amenities in easy reach.

Delighted our super late arrival wasn't an issue, and was greeted warmly. Alas we wouldn't use the one free electric parking space because a lorry was inconsiderate parked across the back of the spaces making it then impossible to get in. Room was basic but as to be expected for the great price, showe was excellent. The one big let down, and we were probably just unlucky however it was a big one, there was a hissing noise from the main light tranche, which is quite scary when it's above your head and wanting to sleep. Thankfully it seemed to stop around 15mins after all the lights were off.
